Easter 2009

We spent a long weekend in this unit...it was wonderful. Newly decorated and everything was so up to date. Plenty of towels and even equiped with beach chairs! The location is awesome. Close to everything you need. And Ocean Annies is a great place for music. This unit is great for couples or a small family. We can't wait to stay here again!

This condo may be the best room at the Sands.Very nice very clean,best locatation in Myrtle Beach.

My family stayed in this unit the wk of Aug.3. The unit was extremely clean, and everyone at Ocean Sands were very nice. Restaurants, shopping, etc. was within 10mi or so. Many thanks to the Beckers! We highly reccomend this unit, and hope to rent again in the future.

I stayed in the unit for a week in July 2008 and the unit was great. Plenty of towels, and everything you will ever need. Although we did not use them, they even have beach chairs, and toys for the beach. The music will be noticeable, but it does grow on you. Also, it is done by 11PM sharp nightly. No worry about it running over. You could not ask for a better location and resort. River City Cafe is a nice added bonus and the Breakfast Buffet at Windows is the best deal on the beach. $8 every day all you can eat (drink included) and all the food is hot. They even make you omelets is you would like. Also I heard the lady say kids under 12 are free.

The place was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. Lots of towels and extra's like DVDs, games and even beach games and chairs. Awesome view of the beach, pool and bar area. If you want out a bit, there is a mall and many many restaurants close by. Getting in and out was awesome with not having to check in at the front desk and having a key in the door lock. Only down side and may not be a down side for you is that the bar band runs from noon to 11 pm every day and it made it very difficult to get a nap or go to bed earlier then 11 if you wanted, so bring ear plugs if you want to nap or hit the sack by 11 pm but at least the band was really good and played some good tunes which helped. For us, we just played dominoes and games at the table in the room watching the band and listening in our room making our own drinks, trust me, you can here the band but perhaps in the off season, they are not there or do not play so late. We would 100 percent recommend staying here and we would go back, with ear plugs if given the chance.

I agree with all the comments here. My girl friends and I all take annual trip each spring and we've stayed at Sands for three years. This, BY FAR, is the nicest condo we've stayed in.

The long entry/ foyer hallway in the condo was great for getting our 'stuff' out of the way of our living space. There were PLENTY of towels and washcloths. The kitchenette was neat and tidy. I loved the lockbox on the door (no worrying about 'who has the keys' when everyone goes their own way!).

Just a really nice place. We loved facing Ocean Annie's and opened the door to enjoy the music while getting ready in the evenings.

Sandals, the 'lounge' was better than usual as well with a new, younger dj and some really talented karoke singers. (Sometimes they have singers that can make your ears bleed.. :)

Riverwalk is always good and we ate there each night. In fact, we didn't leave the resort until we needed something from Wal-Mart one afternoon (which is only a mile or two away).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sands Ocean Club. The unit was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who would like to get away for a beach retreat.

This condo is beautifully decorated and the location is wonderful. I've stayed at the Sands for more than 7 years now, and this is by far the nicest room I've had. You can certainly tell all the personal touches that the owners have added. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, the restaurant (River City Cafe) and, of course, Ocean Annie's. This place has everything you'll need for a great stay at Myrtle Beach. Thanks guys!
