The quaint little town of Homewood located on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe is an ideal location for your summer or winter vacation!
Situated 1 1/2 blocks from McKinney Shores Homeowners Association private beach, pier, BBQ, personal buoy (up to 23ft boat), and Homewood Mountain Resort, our 2400 sq ft home with hot tub is the perfect location for your getaway to Lake Tahoe.
From our home there is no need to drive anywhere. Walk or take the shuttle bus that loops by every 10 minutes to the ski area. Ride your bike, skate, run or walk along the well maintained Lake Tahoe bike path that borders the property. A boat launch, grocery store, bicycle/ski/snowboard rental shop, and restaurants are also within walking distance.
With five bedrooms, two dining areas, a family room with a fireplace, a living room with a wood stove, and a 2 car garage with additional off street parking, this home offers more than enough space for two families to share a vacation together.
