We have spent two summer vacations at this property, and believe the house and grounds are absolutely outstanding, clearly a Five Star rating for a rental property. Located on 21/2 acres of ground, the property is beautiful, well maintainted and very private. The house is great with three comfortable bedrooms, each with bath, a large living room, well appointed dining room, a first rate kitchen with a nice den and screened in porch.. There is also a wonderful terrace overlooking the back yard. We have entertained friends while leasing the property, and they have all been very impressed. We are looking forward to our third summer this July and August (2012) when we will be renting the property again.
Owner's Response: Doing all we can to make sure our Renters fully enjoy our place is paramount. We add new landscaping every year, keeping the property professionally maintained; and we strive to keep the house freshly appointed and accessorized. Our Seapuit enclave provides something truly unique and wonderful in Osterville: privacy, serenity, and beauty, just off North Bay; an easy walk to our Village, and a 5-minute drive to gorgeous Dowses Beach.

Beautiful Retreat

We had almost given up on finding an exceptional and comfortable place to stay on the Cape this winter, then we found this beautiful house on 2+ acres in the private Seapuit neighborhood of Osterville. The grounds and house are immaculate and very comfortable. The owners have seen to our every need.
The house is very spacious and airy, tastefully decorated and well-appointed. Each bedroom has a private bath (and a spare half bath for guests). The house is set back nicely from the street, which has a small number of houses and little traffic. There is a two-car garage and plenty of space to park cars on and around the circular drive. There is even a screened porch and a backyard patio for warm weather entertaining.
Osterville village is very close (and even walkable, at approximately 1 mile away). This quaint village has some of the finest shopping and dining on the Cape.
We are approaching the end of our long and pleasant rental and will hate to leave. We know we will miss our frequent walks through this beautiful and scenic neighborhood on the bays.

Owner's Response: We’re happy that our current fall/winter tenants have enjoyed their stay so much, like our past summer tenants have also expressed. Having offered our place as a furnished rental after remodeling just a few years ago, this will be the 5th straight year of tenants returning for two to four month summer stays. This year, we still have some springtime availability, as well as some weeks in June and September.
