Fantastic Condo in the Winter Sports Mecca!

Beautiful, clean, condo, beautiful country! Near so many fun places to be--2 reservoirs, Park City, Midway, Heber etc. We were so comfortable and our family was so happy there! Totally recommend!

It was clean and neat. Everything was just as described, and owner gave us great instructions on how to get there, how to do everything, etc. Would definitely recommend to others!

My family had such a great time! The condo is clean, comfy, and had everything we needed from a blender to a washer and dryer! The pool wasn't open yet for the season, so we took a 10 minute drive to Kamas and used the community pool which was a HUGE hit with my kids.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our group! We arrived on Friday and were so pleased with the parking spaces inside and the ski closet. In the beginning, there were five of us and this condo accommodated us all perfectly. It was nice having a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator for the whole trip.

The condo is conveniently located across the highway from the Jordanelle lift to Deer Valley, but is also a quick drive to Park City or The Canyons. It's only 30 minutes to get to Brighton or Solitude and 45 minutes to Alta or Snowbird. It's also a fairly convenient location if you're wanting to go up to Snowbasin for the day.

I highly recommend this location. The washer/dryer was a definite plus for us. The only thing we lacked was new snow! Thank you very much for such wonderful living arrangements while we enjoyed our ski trip and sightseeing in Salt Lake City. We'll definitely consider it again the next time we're out that way.

We stayed in January 2009 and found lots of snow on the ground, however, the side walks and street were always kept clear. Under ground garage for car was a very nice touch. Awesome view over looking the lake! Condo was very clean and upkepted! Owner Dave provided us with all special request. My young kids really enjoyed the snow covered hills around the condo to play and ride their sled on. Condo was close to all attractions. Would stayed here again with the family or as a couple. Perfect size for either. Thank you Dave for everyting!

This is a really nice condo, comfortable and very clean. The location is easy to get into and it is right on the Jourdenalle reservoir. The owner is very good to deal with - I had to shorten my original reservation and he was very accomodating and pleasant. We skied two days in Alta and one day in Deer Valley (opening weekend!) and the condo was well located to make it easy for us to hit the different resorts. Definitely worth renting and Dave is a very nice person to deal with.

My wife and I spent a glorious 2 night, weekend get-away at the condo in mid October.
The air was fresh and clear and there was a nip in the air. Everything was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed a several walks around the complex and along some trails through the brush.

The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities we wanted. We planned to go into town to eat, but instead we purchased some provisions at a store and ate simple meals that we prepared there. It was better for us, and better for our budget. Everything was so nice and relaxing that once we got our groceries, we didn’t get in the car again until it was time to leave.

It was a great way and great place to relax and recharge.

Perfect place to stay. The condo was in great shape and had all the amenities that we needed for both the adults and our baby. The washer and dryer in the condo came in handy and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals on nights we didn’t want to go out. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip.
