We have stayed in several VRBO rentals and this unit is one of the best we have visited! The condo is like new and very tastefully decorated. There was nothing that we needed during our stay that wasn't furnished. The unit is within walking distance of several very nice restaurants(I highly recommend the Hukilau Lanai) When viewing the photos remember that a camer lens distorts distance. The unit is actually closer that the pictures depict. Have no concern about no A/C. The ocean breeze along with the ceiling fans make for very pleasant temps. We can't wait until we can return to this lovely unit.

Beautiful condo directly on beach and pool. Exactly as depicted in pictures. Beach was not great for swimming in December but pool was wonderful and never crowded. Condo complex was very well kept and resort like. Excellent location...walk or short drive to good food and bars. We had a great time and recommend highly.

Our stay at beautiful Lae Nani was enhanced by the beautifully furnished and well maintained unit we had. We easily slipped into a comfortable pattern of waking to bird song, enjoying our coffee and local fruit, and watching the clouds and the changing moods of the ocean.
The pool is easily the nicest in the general area and clean and warm. Local services are excellent and the whole neighborhood is newly refurbished and landscaped. We plan to return.

Wonderful Vacation

We stay at Lai Nani for our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony was wonderful, the grounds were very well kept, the pool was warm and clean. The condo was very clean, tropical feeling, and had all necessary amenities. It's location is perfect as there are many restaurants located very close by and within walking distance. We would definitely recommend renting this condo to anyone.

Our wonderful Kauai vacation!

Our stay at this amazing vrbo was incredible! I highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Kauai as the property and condo are immaculate. The rental was very clean, spacious, airy and well maintained. The kitchen was setup very well and had all the grilling tools you would need to use one of the three gas grills down by the pool and beach. We grilled shish kabobs one night by the beach while watching the sunset. It was pure relaxation! The pool was very nice and never crowded. The beach is literally just steps from the rental and is somewhat secluded to give it a private beach feel. I really enjoyed using the snorkels they had available in the rental. The lanai was very peaceful and I really enjoyed sitting out with a coffee and observing the amazing views. We rented a car during our stay but you could totally do without a car. Everything is within walking distance such as grocery stores, coffee shops , bakeries, bars and restaurants. This place is so special and has the perfect balance of feeling luxury and having all the home comforts you could need. I can honestly say that I will be staying here again and will make it a point to return. The pictures provided on this page are spot on, but do yourself a favor and check it out for yourself. You will be glad you did!

The title of this review does not give the property justice. The view from the lanai is all-together breathtaking, relaxing and magnificent. We loved having coffee and breakfast while watching the ocean before we began our day. Watching the sunset and having a nightcap on the lanai was equally amazing.
The property is within minutes of everything we needed, food and fun-wise. We loved Java Kai and Small Town Bakery for the non-touristy breakfast. For lunch and dinner we frequented Monicos Taqueria and Olympic Cafe. We also really enjoyed cooking out on the grill!!
Aside from the beautiful beaches nearby and all around, we highly recommend paddleboarding and kayaking on the Wailua River. Also, surfing on the North Shore was unforgettable and not for the faint of heart! If you're up to it and like to hike, we would recommend the Ho'opi'i Falls Trail and the more strenuous, Kalalau Trail to Hanakapiai beach.
As for the condo itself, it was incredibly clean and beautifully maintained, with the perfect interior decor that offered a real Hawaiian-feel. All-in-all we had an unbelievable vacation away from the hectic stress of our day-to-day lives and would recommend this VRBO to everyone!!

A lovely time

A extraordinary condo vacation experience! The combination of beach, pool, scenery, and ample amenities. The condo was impeccably clean and well kept. There was every type of amenity possible ranging from extra supplies of clean linens to watercraft and snorkeling gear. The condo had a lovely lanai with a beautiful view of the pool and, of course, the beach. It was very easy to sit out on this elegant space gazing for hours at the beach and listening to the beautiful ocean sounds. The condo is conveniently close to the main freeway and a diverse cluster of shopping, grocery, and eating spots. The grounds of the condo are immaculately kept and the gorgeous pool and array of barbecue pits make poolside lounging an easy temptation, All around, a wonderful condo and great location. Would recommend to anybody! What a lovely time

Great Place to Stay

Just returned from an excellent 10 night stay at Lae Nani where we had a great time. The condo met and even exceeded all of our expectations and needs. The unit is spacious, very clean and very nicely furnished and maintained - it is equiped with just about everthing you could want or need. Its location within the resort means easy access to the beach and the pool and the views of those areas from the in the unit and on the lanai are beautiful. Very impressive are the landscaping and maintenance of the resort grounds - just awesome. Working with Kristine to book the trip was very easy and she quickly answered any questions we had before our arrival. During our stay Terry was available at the resort to quickly take care of any questions we had. We hope to stay here again !

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

This is one of the best condos I have ever rented. It was very clean, spotless, spacious lay out, lots of storage, very well stocked with every thing you need for your vacation. The kitchen was especially well stocked, even had grocery bags. We were very comfortable here. The view was georgous and the lanai was large. The beach was semi swimable, there was a small area for entering next to the kekei pool, the rest of it was coral and hard to enter. Locals come here because of the small keikei beach. The grill area had 3 grills but just one table. The best thing was it was within walking of Hukilau Lani, Monicos, Coconut Mkt. Just a very short drive to Kapaa town, which did not have much to offer as far as restaraunts anyway. They have security here and the day time guard is like gestapo. He is always out walking the entire property and nothing gets by him. He is not so freindly, but he's doing his job and enforces every rule. Condo was close to the beach and pool. The owners really went the extra mile to make sure guests had every thing they needed the entire stay, like soaps, towels, etc.. What else can I say other than if you are lookiing for a condo in this area, look no further. This place rocks !!

Excellent Place To Stay

This was our second stay in this unit, and it again proved to be above our expectations. This is a very clean, comfortably furnished unit that includes a well-equipped kitchen. This unit has a view from the livingroom and balcony that is picture postcard perfect! This gorgeous view can also be enjoyed from the kitchen while preparing light meals and snacks. We enjoyed relaxing on the spacious balcony on top-quality outdoor furniture, overlooking the bay watching surfers, boogie-boarders, and kite-surfers while we sipped on delicious Kauaiian grown coffee. We also utilized the Weber grills for delicious BBQ's. The water temperature of the large in-ground pool was perfect for swimming, and we also enjoyed your private beach. We were so thrilled to see Hawaiian monk seals resting on this lovely beach almost every day of our two week stay! They are SO BEAUTIFUL! Lae Nani is a perfect central location for day visits to ALL areas of the island, and is close-by to Coconut Marketplace for gifts/souvenirs, grocery stores, a beautiful golf course, a coastal bike/walking path, many restaurants, and so much more! The owners of this unit are wonderful to rent from, they are quick to respond with any questions, and provide helpful information within their unit for their guests concerning "what to see and do while on Kaua'i." We couldn't have been more pleased and we highly recommend this Lae Nani unit for your dream vacation to Kaua'i. Kristine and Irving.....Thank you again for sharing your lovely "piece of heaven" with us. The only difficult thing we had to do - was leave to go back home! We miss Kaua'i already! Mahalo!
