This is a terrific vacation home! My family stayed here over spring break 2009 and it was far better than we imagined. Close to everything (10 minutes to Disney) but secluded as well. The health club and pool are very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. There are computers to stay in touch at home too. We definitely plan on returning to Vista Cay.
Great condo, great location, will rent again....

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We stayed for 5 nights and it felt very comfortable. The condo is decorated very nicely and has everything you would need. The 2 king beds and 2 full size beds were a plus. TVs in all bedrooms were great for the kids. Location of this condo is great too. Easy access to the highways and Orlando attactions. Lastly, the condo owner is very responsive and very quick with emails. We would rent this again.

My family & I stayed in this beautiful condominium in August 2008. I am a very particular person when it comes to accomodations for my family. It must be impeccably clean and it certainly met all of my standards and beyond. My children loved it and my husband & I enjoyed everything about it (amenities, pool & clubhouse, location!!!). The owner, Bill, is the most pleasant and helpful person. In fact, we planned this vacation around the availibility of his penthouses. We highly recommend this penthouse & penthouse at ID 177651 (our April 2008 visit) and have, to all of our friends & families. I (we) enjoyed it so much, I'm already planning our next visit!!!

We stayed for 5 nights. My family of 6 joined us from New York. Total of 6 adults and 2 teens. It was perfect! This unit is knock out gorgeous! As a timeshare owner, I've been to many 5 star resorts, but none of the units match this. Location is perfect and minutes from International Drive. Check-in was painless, the pool was wonderful and everything was convenient. Will definitely return whenever in Orlando. The welcome phone call from the owner was a nice touch too!

My family and I stayed in this unit for 10 nights in June. I have to say that this is the most elegant place that we have ever stayed at. Check-in was quick and painless. When opening the door to the condo, our jaws dropped in awe. The pictures really can't compare to seeing it in person. The condo was awesome and as a personal touch, the owner called to ensure we were satisfied with the unit. After leaving, we realized we had left our cell phone and it was shipped to us the next day. What great service!!

We statyed at this condo for 8 nights in October 2007.
This was by FAR ... the nicest condo or vacation home, resort, hotel etc that we have ever stayed at.
I fell in love with it just looking at the pictures online. The minute we walked in, I knew with 100% certainty, we had made the best decision
We did Seaworld (awesome) and Univeral this trip and this location was ideal. It is also close to so many restaurants on International Drive
Vista Cay is beautiful and quiet. The furnishings in this condo were gorgeous. The owner was great to deal with as well !
I would recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a modern, upscale and beautiful location

I can't begin to tell you just how fabulous this villa was! Everything was top-of-the-line, pristine condition, and elegant. The pictures don't do justice to the actual space. I knew it was going to be nice, but I wasn't prepared for how wonderful it really was. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating to our requests. The check-in was super quick and totally painless. The view is phenomenal. The location is excellent, being close to every place we wanted to go. Seriuosly folks, we loved the villa and can't say one bad thing about it. The lanai was extremely comfortable. This will be our place to stay when visiting Orlando. Fabulous!!!
