My two college friends and I stayed in Palm Breezes over our Fall break. And what a break it was--we totally relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. We were on a budget and ate breakfast and dinner at home most nights, either on our own balcony or down by the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a blender for mixing up those tropical drinks. Most days we went to the beach, a different one each time. One day we just shopped around the town. We walked into Cruz Bay each night for a drink or 2 and to take in the music. This condo is very colorful and clean, has great tropical decorations and is super convenient! We loved coming back to the pool and deck. I am recommending it to my family.

Your condo was as described and the views were stunning! Our children enjoyed the pool (which we seemed to have to ourselves most of the time). See photo. We enjoyed your recommendations (Morgan's Mango, Cafe Roma take out pizza (which we ate poolside overlooking the harbor), and burgers at the Beach Bar. Sting rays, eel, barracuda, turtles, parrot fish, and trumpet fish were just a few of the sightings while snorkeling. We made it to Leinster but not across to Waterlemon Cay (our girls were a little small for that swim). The toughest decision all week was which beach to visit.

Thanks again for everything. We will definitely keep you mind when we return to St. John.

Thanks, Pat! We had a wonderful time, my parents were like college "Spring Breakers" with the rum drinks all over the island, and I couldn't get enough of the ocean. They can't stop bragging about our trip and our wonderful stay at Palm Breezes.

Thanks again for all your advice and your accommodations,

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Breezes with our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the upstairs loft, and we found the location, views and accomodations to be wonderful. We enjoyed walking to town to eat, and the pool area was lovely also. Thanks for a great stay!

Our third time to the island--we are the ultimate beach bums! We love the St. John beaches--saw a huge starfish at Francis Bay and two large iguanas at the Beach Bar. The condo was wonderful--had everything we needed and more! Nice tropical feel and very clean. Best book collection on the island. Breezes from the deck were phenomenal. We saved a boatload of money compared to the two other places we had stayed and had a great trip.

We just returned from our stay at "Palm Breezes" at Battery Hill and had a wonderful time. Our party included two adults and two younger teenagers. We chose Battery Hill because of the location and views, and picked "Palm Breezes" because it has a large loft bedroom upstairs as well as the downstairs master which gave everyone room to spread out. It is furnished in a bright tropical decor and is very well equipped. It has a flat screen cable TV as well as a good sound system, all of which were given a thorough workout by the kids. This condo has beautiful views in almost every direction, especially from the covered balcony. We spent a good part of each day beaching or kayaking and then came back "home" in the late afternoon. The kids hung out at the pool until dinnertime while we adults enjoyed our freshly blended frozen margaritas on the balcony, taking in the views of the busy little harbor and open Sound. The unit is fully AC, and the kids did use it at night. We never turned it on downstairs as we loved the breezes. You can either grill poolside, eat in or take a short walk downtown for dinner; we did all three. This is a fine family spot; we would come back.
