This was my second time to visit Port Aransas but my first time to stay at the Aransas Princess. The condo was very nice and exceptionally well appointed. The decor was beautiful and I think my entire family felt right at home. We stayed at Port Royal last year and it is very obvious that the Aransas Princess keeps their property updated and extremely clean. Port Royal was outdated and badly in need of repairs. In fact, while we were at the Aransas Princess last week, they were making masonry repairs and I noticed the board walk had recently been updated. I give this property a big thumbs up! Also, the beach was beautiful and very clean. The Port Royal beach was dirty and the area for beach-goers was very small. The Aransas Princess had a large, spacious beach and it was easily accessible via board walk, unlike the Port Royal (their boardwalk was in need of repairs and since the property is set further off the beach, it takes forever to reach the beach). I have no complaints for this property and I love the town! We will be back next summer!

This was our family's first time to visit Port Aransas. We loved the location, couldn't have been better. The pools were fantastic and accessibility to the beach was great. The condo was so comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone (there were 5 of us). We did a bit of cooking and the kitchen was very accommodating. We had one minor issue to report and within minutes the handyman was there to take care of it. We would love to come back and stay during our next visit to Port Aransas.

Our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend this condo. Plenty of space for our group of 2 couples w/ 2 small children each. The place was immaculate inside and the grounds too. And the walk to the beach on the board walk was short and loved that it is located in an area were cars are not allowed to drive close to the water. Safer for children. The parking spot in the garage is located right near the elevators which was also a plus. We will be back!!

Really a nice space with lots of room and privacy. Great views of the pool and ocean. We rented a golf cart and were plenty close to town for travel to restaurants, etc. and you are right on an access road to the beach so it was easy to pack a car or cart for your outing. We were only dealing with breakfast there in the condo and the appliances were a bit outdated, but we managed. It was clean and fit us and a couple younger ones perfectly. I would definitely come back

Overall we had a great stay! PROS: The condo was very clean and had a comfortable feel. We slept great on the comfortable beds. We had to arrive very late and the check-in process was simple. Both of the pools were well taken care of and the hot tub was actually hot! It is an easy walk to the beach on the boardwalk and it has shower stations to clean off before going back to the room. The price was also better than most other options we looked at that weren't even on the beach. It is only a couple minutes from several good resturants. CONS: The only con was the dated tube television, but we really didn't watch it much anyway. Thanks for the great stay, we would definately do it again!

Our first trip to Texas and it was wonderful. We did not know what to expect, but it was everything we had hoped for and more. We had 3 - 17 year old boys with us and they had a great time. The location was wonderful and there was so much to do. The condo was perfect, we could see the ocean from the balcony and the golf course out the front. We weren't sure it would be worth the 14 hour drive, but we will be back. Thanks Lesha for being so informative and putting up with all my questions!!!!
