Beautifully appointed and clean property that meets and exceeds the owners descriptions and photos! The location speaks for itself just a block away from all the wonderful amenities of Clearwater Beach and Pier 60. I stayed with my spouse and two toddlers and truly relaxed and enjoyed the pool, rooftop terrace, balcony over the water and spacious living areas. Tastefully decorated and thoughtful layout; the upstairs laundry was particularly helpful and time saving. Once we put our bags down we knew immediately we didn't want to leave anytime soon!
The owner was beyond helpful and understanding - we are a military family - we had to adjust to last minute calendar changes and they were kind and accomodating. Thank you so much for making our trip truly relaxing and free of distraction.

Another great vacation (2nd year in a row)

This was our second year staying at this condo. Once again, the owner, Gia, was wonderful. The spacious unit is perfect for us. We had another couple come and stay with us for a few days, and they will look to rent this unit for their family as well. The scene looking out over the water with the boats and birds we really enjoy. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms modern and large, and the kitchen has all that you need. We love the Clearwater area and had another great week. The one blind was broken and Gia took care of it immediately and was very professsional and caring about us as guests, even though very minor and no inconvenience for us. We recommend this rental for couples or a family. A great location within walking distance to the beach and dining, but a good location as far as being nice and quiet surrounded by other newer condos. The pool and elevator are a great bonus. We always use the elevator for our luggage and groceries! Thank you Gia for another great year on Brightwater Drive!

We have just returned from this lovely vacation home. It is everything that you could imagine from the website ...and more!! It is obvious the pride that the owners have in this house as they take very good care of it. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The gorgeous kitchen is well stocked. We found this unit to be very spacious and our group of two adults and four growing teenagers had plenty of room to spread out. The view is incredible from the balconies and roof-top terrace.
This was our first time to Clearwater Beach and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach is large with soft, white sand and there is plenty to do for all ages. This house is in a much desired location as it is a short walk to the beach, yet is located on a beautiful quiet inlet of the intercoastal that is very private. Our week at this house had a few breezy days but we were still able to enjoy the full sunshine on our sheltered patio and pool deck. We also rented bicycles which allowed us to explore the picturesque coastline.
Thank you Gia and family. We look forward to telling family and friends about this amazing home and renting with you again in the future.

Very nice property with a few shortfalls

This property is very comfortable for a family of 4 but may present some issues for larger groups. It was presented in first class condition, very clean and comfortable and in a great location close to all the attractions of Clearwater.
Whilst the property can sleep 6-8 people, the furniture both inside and outside is more suited to 4 people ( for example the balcony and roof top only had 4 seats). Only 2 wine glasses were provided but the kitchen is otherwise well equipped
My main complaint as expressed to the owner Gia at the end of our stay was the fact that the pool is unheated and as such was not in use. Had I known this situation in advance I would have booked elsewhere.
I am sure that you would have no complaints renting this house outside of the main winter months but if you like to swim then I would go elsewhere from November to March.

Owner's Response: I was saddened to receive this review from the party of 2 that stayed in our home. George and his wife had booked our home through our VRBO/HomeAway listing, from which I have a detailed description, and 16 photographs clearly depicting the rooms, the furnishings, and size of our 2,400 sq. ft. home. The pool for our town home is mentioned on our listing as a communal pool within the list of vacation rental features. Our pool is not listed as heated, is maintained by a pool service and open for use year round. Had I been asked if the pool was heated in any communications prior to securing the reservation, I would not have hesitated to inform them that the pool was not a heated pool. And in addition, would have been more then understanding if they had decided to book a different property based on that factor.
I was happy to hear that the party of 2 felt our home “was presented in first class condition, very clean and comfortable and in a great location close to all the attractions of Clearwater”, however, very disappointed they felt it necessary to suggest in a review to potential guests that our home was not suited to a group larger then 4.
Most of our guests (many of which are repeat guests), have been larger groups that fall within our sleep capacity range of 6-8, and have been very happy and comfortable with our accommodations and furnishings. The main living area (as you can see from the photograph) is a combination dining/seating area, with 6 dining chairs, 2 bar stools, a leather convertible sofa, 2 armchairs, and an ottoman. Our rooftop terrace has a dining table, 4 dining chairs, and 2 loungers, and there is an additional table and 4 chairs on the balcony off of the main living area. Our kitchen is well stocked, including plenty of utensils, dishes and glassware. We normally have at least 6 wine glasses on had, but will occasionally need to restock due to breakage or disappearance - and I would like to extend my apologies to George and his wife for only finding 2 during their stay.
I try my best and will continue to try my best, to make our home a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place for our guest to be. Communication is key, and I am open to answering any questions or concerns that one may have when considering our property, and open to answering any questions or concerns while they may be guests in our home.

Hi Gia: We had the most wonderful time. Your home was immaculate. It had everything a traveler could ask for. We were within walking distance to the beach, shopping, nightlife and most activities. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony, and watching the dolphins play in the water. We particularly enjoyed grilling on the roof top terrace in the evenings. Having the elevator was such a bonus, especially with heavy luggage and taking meals up to the terrace. The pool was immaculate, as well. Thank you for providing the pool toys. Since this is a small complex of only 8 units, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves.
You have been wonderful to work with. We have all agreed that we could not have ask for more. We will be recommending your property to family and friends, and we will be back ourselves.

It's the Land O lakers again. We just celebrated our daughters 8th birthday at this property and the reason we did so because this is my daughter's favorite place to go as a family. This isn't the first birthday that we spent here and it definitely will not be the last. Because of the greatness and beauty of this home we have made this place are home away from home. I know that its easy to write a review and try to make you feel that this is the choice to make for your vacation but I can honestly tell you that it is. My mother is in a wheelchair and for the those who bring there grandparents or parents who need assistance this home even provides that with the elevator. I'm a BIG fan of this place because some of the best memories with my family are here. My kids will always remember this place. Anyway, thank you, thank you for opening your home for families like us to make our family getaways memorable and enjoyable. This place is perfect for everyone!!!!!!

The townhome was exactly what we were looking for for our beach vacation. Beatifully decorated, clean and comfortable, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach! The owners were very courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed a wonderful week at this condo, the space was terrific and all of the bedrooms decorated beautifully. The wooden stairs were beautiful with the dark wood and white. The layout of the condo is very comfortable, the photos were accurate - but so much better in person with the warmth and the sun! The kitchen is roomy and modern. The view from the decks and large windows of the water was a great feature of his rental. The large garage with back access to the pool was great. The elevators were such a bonus for luggage and groceries. The owner, Gia was terrific from our first inquiry through the moment we checked out. The location was perfect for us - nice and quiet but very close to all conveniences of Clearwater Beach. The beach is a very short walk from the condo, so a true vacation when you do not have to move your car too often! We were very happy with our rental overall. We came for beach, pool, dinners out, relaxation and Spring Training - Phillies. It was hard to leave...

Great getaway

My family and I returned to this beautiful townhome to celebrate Thanksgiving and our daughters 3rd birthday. We had an amazing time. Our daughter is ready to return to "our" beach house. We could not have planned anything more perfect for our beach loving daughter. We celebrated a portion of her birthday on the pirate cruise, which i highly suggest. We have been so blessed in working with Gia. Vacationing at her property does make it feel like we are at "our" beach house. We have made so many memories already here and look forward to continue them in the future at this townhome.
