Wonderful rental choice

At the risk of writing a wonderful review that will bring crowds of people who will prevent me from renting the unit again … it’s true… the condo is tremendous. Pat was very responsive and easy to deal with…. the rental went without a hitch.

Centrally located and an easy drive to all restaurants/shopping/golf in North/South Myrtle Beach. We stayed end-of-September 2009 and our 4-year-old loved the beach and the multiple pools. And though we didn’t need the 2nd bedroom, both bedroom’s, living room and kitchen are well appointed and the condo, in general, offers plenty of space and is very quiet … a welcome change from prior trip(s) to Myrtle Beach and even the Hilton next door. I would certainly recommend skipping the Hilton and staying here. thanks again Pat!

My husband and I, and our 17 year old daughter and a girlfriend all loved the condo. Everything we needed was there. It is beautiful and spotless. The owners are great to work with. The beach and pools are beautiful. There is a great Boardwalk from the pool all the way to the pier - a perfect place for walks. We visited the outlet mall which is close by, the Bass Pro Shop store, and had fun shopping and eating at Barefoot Landing. The condo is well located. It was a great vacation for all. We would definitely return to this condo again.

My 84 year old Mother and I rented the condo for the month of January 2009. The condo is stunning, large, has beautiful views, and is very well maintained. If the condo hadn't been rented by someone else for the month of February, we would have stayed another month. Pat and Gary were very helpful in giving driving instructions directly to the condo and also recommending activities, restaurants, and attractions. I definitely will recommend this property to my friends and relatives.

We've been to Myrtle Beach several times and this is by far the best accomodations we've had. The Condo was stunning and functional. With three teenagers there was plenty of room and privacy. The views from the balconies were beautiful. The grounds, pools/bars are like being at a resort instead of a Condo.The unit was well equipped with all appliances including a small laundry room that my wife made good use of. Staying at this unit felt like being at a stunning huge suite in a five star hotel.

As soon as we opened the door, our jaws dropped! The unit was gorgeous....much better than the pictures. It was huge and beautifully decorated..much more than we could have hoped for. We've been coming to Myrtle Beach for five years and this was certainly the best rental we've had. The owners were so nice, helpful and kept the unit in great shape. The overall facility had wonderful pools, tiki bar and clean beach. Do not look any further!!!

Look at no other two bed room condos at Myrtle Beach. This is the one! Huge, beautiful, luxurious, convenient. This condo conects to the Hilton Hotel, it has beautiful pools, resturants, shuttle service, and the list goes on. We felt like we were at a spa. Plenty of room for the six of us on a familey renuion. The owner's are extremly nice and helpful, they just live across the street and make sure everything is keeped in pristine working order.
