Great vacation choice

Great location! Gorgeous beach views! Everything was just as the owner described. The condo was clean, the amenities were as expected and we will come again! The owner even provided restaurant recommendations!

We have stayed at this unit several times over the last few years and we will continue to go back. We love the condo, its spacious, beautifully decorated and the view from the master bedroom and living room is incredible! The location is the best in Orange Beach. The only complaint we had is the beds were not very comfortable but we noticed on our last visit the owner replaced all the beds/mattresses and it makes a big difference. We highly recommend this property.

My family and I recently returned from our beach vacation and all we can say is "WOW!!!"...The condo was just beautiful and perfect in every way for our family of five...Clean, comfortable, convenient, well priced, etc...I can't tell you enough how happy we were with every aspect of our trip...We will definitely be back time and time again and have already recommended it to all of our family and friends...Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!!

This was the first chance in a number of years to just get away a relax. We really enjoyed the condo. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants. I found the unit itself be very roomy with nice size bedrooms. The condo was clean and has recently been updated with new furniture and paint, We look foward to our next visit.

My family and I went to this condo not too long ago and had a blast! The location was fantastic and the view was even better. Since it was right on the beach, it was easy to take the young kids out and back in if they got tired. I thoroughly enjoyed the rental and will be back again! Thanks!

Just got back from a week long vacation in Orange Beach. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was very nice, well decorated and larger than other 2 bedrooms we have stayed at in the past. The pool is nice/quiet and the beach is spectacular! We have stayed in this area several times over the years and we have paid more for similar condos that were not nearly as nice as this one. We will definitley be back.

We just got back from our trip to Orange Beach. We loved the area, the beaches and the fishing. We were disappointed with the condo. The furnishings are new as it says and the mattresses were nice and comfy but the condo itself was not clean and it needs paint, and just general TLC. The vertical blinds in the master were broken. When we walked around the condo barefoot, our feet were black. Even my 8 yo son mentioned it. I swept and vaccuumed but it didn't help. I don't think it was the tile b/c I mopped it but I think it was the throw rugs and carpeting which really needs replacing before anyone else stays there. When we first walked in it had a musty old smell so I am assuming it is the carpeting. The throw rugs in the bathrooms seemed newer. The kitchen was basically well equipped although we did have to purchase a corkscrew/bottle opener. Overall a good trip, just could have been cleaner accommodations. BTW it is a great building overall with a nice pool and spa but kids under 16 are not allowed in the hot tub. Take your own beach chairs and towels. The beach chair rental is $25/day.

Our stay at this location was great.....the condo was nice and the view was spectacular. No crowds of people to contend with, plenty of space on the beach with little walking to get there to find your perfect spot. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants.
The security at the building were nice and made the place feel secure and the whole area was well maintained.
Only had a minor incident of the place not being cleaned before we arrived, but upon calling the owner it was taken care of within the hour, altho it took the cleaning person almost 2 hours to get everything done and we felt like we lost a good bit of time for our first day and she left dirty laundry on the kitchen floor when she left, other than that the place was great and i would rent it again.
