Very clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath home built in 2007. Only 15 minutes to North Conway, NH and year round fun in the White Mountains. Swim, canoe or kayak right from the back yard, the property has 300' of frontage on the Saco River. Many choices for downhill and cross country skiing close by. For the snowmobilers, hundreds of miles of trails right from the backyard. This home offers great activities any time of the year! Minutes to Kezar and Conway Lakes. wonderful accommodation and area

we travelled from ireland and stayed in this property for 4 nights and had a great time the location was ideal for leaf peeping as it was close to lots of walks
the house itself was very well equipped especially in the kitchen and even had lots of kiddies toys
it was very clean and the heating (as it was october) was very easy to use
the saco river was 50 yards away and we were surrounded by beautiful trees with lots of squirrel activity it was very peaceful and relaxing and we would definitely recommend it to anyone especially if they were interested in the water activities as the basement was very well equipped with water equipment
all in all we had a great time myself my wife and our daughter with her husband and their 20 month old toddler

I did not want to rave about this house last year as I wanted to keep it a secret! But, we spent our second vacation there earlier this month & have booked again for next year. CLEAN!!! Very airy kitchen & dining area, beds are great. River is right there, Quiet! Deck & fire pit. Close to all attractions in the area. A wonderful retreat.

We just stayed this past weekend April 9 & 10,2011,it was very comfortable an quiet. Our grandkids wanted to stay longer. There is a wide selection of movies for kids and toys to make them happy. Cooking in this kitchen is very easy to manuever around, there are dozens of brochures of things to check out an best of all your not far at all from conway New Hampshire *TAX FREE STATE* so much to do in conway. Very nicely furnished an decorated. Will absolutley stay at this home again.

Perfect for Relaxing

I stayed up here the week following the 4th of July and found peace and quiet, and the beach across the river almost to ourselves. Save the airfare and stay in Maine. The river drop is 10 minutes away and you can canoe, float 2 hours down river and end up at this house. Can't beat it and couldn't have been easier. Worth looking into, and I'll be back on the river next summer too.

Awesome Time

We rented this house for a week. We had so much fun. There was a lot of fun stuff to do in driving distance. It was perfect for a family there were lots of kids games and toys!! When you have a family with kids it can be hard to find a kid friendly place! Well this is it! It was a great time we are planning to rent again next summer! Maybe even trying in the winter

It was a nice house but no telephone (the ad stated it had one) and no air conditioner on those hot days. The cable service was basic only. It was nice and clean and new. The river access would have been difficult through the vegetation. It was on a dirt road with no place to walk for any exercise. A car is definitely needed.

Owner's Response: The comments above are appreciated. The ad was corrected to indicate that there is no phone at the house. There are fans at the house but air conditioning is not included in our attempt to keep the rental fee low. The path to the river meanders slightly to the water as required per the local regulations but it is clear for walking and accessing the river. Walking for exercise from the house is a little difficult, however, there are many trails within a short distance as well as the Fryeburg Fairgrounds just down the street for walking and jogging.
