My family really enjoyed our stay at his property and Lance was very easy to work with. We loved our home away from home most because of its location.Additionally, we loved having a kitchen to cut down on eating out costs and a washer/dryer so we could do laundry every night.
The property was clean and well maintained.
Our favorite acitivities were relaxing on the beach or by the pool, and parasailing.
Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Our Vacation was planned last minute and we rented property @ Majestic Sun. It was wonderful! Never been to Destin area and it was all we could have asked for....can't wait to return and will stay at same place!

Thanks Lance for a wonderful place to stay!! The condo was very comfortable and the views of the ocean are unforgettable. Everything was within walking or a short driving distance. We stayed for a week and most of the time just relaxed in the condo or on the balcony. The pool and hot tub were a big plus, since we brought along our son. Dispite what some may say about the small scenic road in front of the building, it was not at all a bother. We enjoyed watching the different cars and motorcycles pass. We will be recommending the condo to our friends and family. Thanks again Lance!!

This condo was exactly what you would expect to have in a five star hotel! Great looking decor,beautiful views and some of the best amenities in Destin. Hope to stay here again soon!

Great condo!! Very nice and clean. Stayed for about one week, and loved it! Walking distance from the beach, and restaurants in the area. I would definately rent again!!!

This condo is at the best location in Destin. The view from this condo was wonderful with the pool and ocean right off the balcony. We did not have to drive for 4 days and had a great time hanging out at the beach and the local restuarant across the street. Great way to relax!

My husband and I have stayed at many different condo's in the Destin area, and by far we found this to be at the top of the list and plan on staying here each chance we get. For whatever occasion it may be for you to get away, you have the quiet from the condo and balcony hearing mainly ocean waves but yet seeing the action going on right below the condo at the pool area or the beautiful white sandy beach and clear beautiful water with calming sounds of the waves.
The condo itself is decorated for the elite and very comfortable to where you never want to leave. I must add that the master bed is THE most comfortable bed I have slept in, (including mine which is made for people with back problems).
Lance is very easy to work with and will try his best to get you the date that you need to be there. Parking is great and the elevator is convenient to the room.
I truly believe that you will not find a better location then this unit. It is within walking distance to the restaurant and convenience store. For my husband who drives to and from work, generally 3 1/2 hours a day, we had no reason to even get in the car to go anywhere. It is all right there within a block.

Best kept secret in Destin!!!
Best condo in entire complex - Perfect in every way - beautifully decorated, very clean with easy access to pool and beach as well as parking lot!!
Lance is wonderful to work with - I look forward to visiting Lance's 'Gulf Paradise Retreat'again!!!!!
