1 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully furnished cozy, comfy condo for two!
This condo is reserved until at least the fall of 2013. I apologize for the inconvenience. This is a home away from home with all of the amenities you should expect. The condo is fully furnished with a full and functional kitchen, including stacked washing machine and dryer. The living room has comfy seating for six with a 50' HD plasma television and DVD player. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and another 42' HD plasma TV. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries. There is an HP desktop computer with high speed Internet connection. The balcony is outfitted with an opaque shade for keeping the living room cool in the summer and having privacy all year round. The condo is in a great location within twenty miles of BWI airport, four miles to downtown Annapolis, and next to the Westfield Shopping Annapolis Mall.

This experience was a little heaven on earth. Although we were only one hour away, we felt like we were far away in another state. Nicely decorated and quite comfortable. The owner's hospitality was great.

This rental was exceptional! The condo is beautifully furnished, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The owner, Stephen, could not have been more friendly or accommodating, and the unit was truly like a home away from home. It's located right by a lovely shopping mall and is just a 5-10 minute drive to the heart of Annapolis. We can't wait to return!

This condo exceeded our expectations! Beautifully presented with lots of unexpected "extra's" provided by Stephen which made us feel very welcome and "at home". Very convenient location for downtown Annapolis, the Annapolis Mall/restaurants and a local food market just along the road. A perfect base for an Annapolis vacation and we hope to return from the UK on a future vacation! Thanks again Stephen,

I don't know who I love more Steve or the condo!!! It was so clean and well kept. The beds were so comfy that we want to buy the mattress!!! There was nothing that we wanted from food,drinks and toiletries!!! CLOSE to everything,but away and quiet to sleep and rest! We can't wait to go down for a longer stay to see the new grandchild!!! I have Steve's number on speed dial!!

We contacted Stephen on short notice to see if his unit was available and he kindly made arrangements for us to stay. Everything he did was accomodating and more than met our expectations. This unit is in a great location in Annapolis and everything is easy to find. There were two of us that stayed for the weekend and it was perfect for us. Will definitely stay again.

Best kept secret in Annapolis!

I thought after reading the reviews that the condo seemed too good to be true and was ready to be disappointed. Well...the reviews I thought were too good to be true didn't even do the condo and Stephen justice. The location is fantastic, the furnishings and attention too detail were top notch, the little "extras" Stephen provides in the kitchen and bathroom are exceptional...right down to the fresh flowers in the living room. Accomodating is an understatement. We have already booked for two more stays. Our son is a Midshipman at the Naval Academy in his 4th year...why didn't I know about this location 3 years ago!!!!

Regatta Bay Condo a wonderful place

Our experience at Stephen's condo was wonderful. He kindly left us fresh donuts, a good supply of drinks and yogurt and a well supplied kitchen. He met us at the property and showed us around and how to use the coffee maker and the appliances. I had planned to cook, but our purpose was to visit our Midshipmen and he had other ideas. I did bake biscuits and everything I needed was there. We didn't use the pool because we were on the go so much. The bed was extremely comfortable and having the garage for our bikes was a bonus. We'd love to stay again. When you have a party of two, you can't go wrong staying here. Of course our son didn't stay over, but it was nice to have the space in the condo to sit and play games with him and room for all of us to unwind. Thanks Stephen.

I had a chance to spend almost two weeks in Stephens place and I loved it! The condo was VERY clean and organized. The pantries were well stocked with the the little things you always need. The linen was comfortable and the TV's were outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about the place! I will be looking to stay there each and every time I visit Annapolis. Thank you Stephen! See you in July.

My wife and I had one of the easiest, most convenient, and luxurious vacation experiences thanks to Stephen and his great condo. Having a computer in the condo really helps with finding directions and things to do. Also, Stephen provides you with so many amenities, it is like you are living out of your house. It was great. Someone would be remiss to not take advantage of this condo.

What a Great Spot!!

Fabulous condo within an easy 20 minutes to the Metro to DC and close to downtown Annapolis. Stephen has decorated this home-away-from-home with top quality furnishings. The 52-inch TV can really spoil you and the computer was a huge help in planning sight-seeing adventures. Stephen is the perfect host and knows the area and his directions to where you need to go were flawless. We spent 10 great days here and they went by way too fast, but we always felt like we were "coming home" after a day of seeing the sights. On a scale of 10, this place is about a 12!! Highly recommend it and I have already put out the word in San Diego to my friends that will come back for Naval Academy functions that they should call Stephen first. Thanks so much for the great time!!
