Stoneridge condominium complex is located on Long Island Dr. just off Hwy 7 So. (Central Avenue), and Lake Hamilton's main channel shoreline. It's convenient to restaurants, boat rentals, Hot Springs Mall and Oaklawn Park. Downtown events and Magic Springs Theme Park are short drives. You cannot find a better location! Stoneridge has beautiful gated grounds with a pool, hot tub, sauna and a large outdoor grill just off the Clubhouse area. A covered boat stall comes with the unit so feel free to bring your own boat. This condo has an exceptional floor plan with a large laundry room area. You'll love relaxing inside here as much as on the lake. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This place truly makes you smile and feel at home.

Paint color in the Living/Dining area is a warm, earthy gold. Also, full 1080p HDTV with Smart Blue Ray DVD in room entertainment area... Play a DVD, watch something from Netflix, Amazon Streaming or listen to Pandora at the touch of a button...in case it's raining or just a lazy afternoon.

I always wanted to own a condo at Stoneridge...and one day I finally snagged one. It's the best location by car or boat. The floor plan is what I really like because it's so much like a house plan and not the usual condo box plan. Hallways make a big difference and the separate laundry room is a big deal to me. I gutted and remodeled so the place is all updated and comfy. Travertine and hardwood floors and lots of granite. Furniture and art pieces were selected just for this condo. Lots of color all around and it all comes together very well.

What makes this condo unique

I can live here or I can use my condo as a vacation rental. Most of the owners at Stoneridge live out of town or state. There are very few owners that actually live at Stoneridge full time. I am usually there December, January and February and I feel like I have the whole complex to myself during those times! I enjoy sharing my condo in the spring/summer/fall with welcome guests. This condo really does have 180 degrees of lake views.

This is not your ordinary run of the mill condo. What sets this one apart from others are the decorations and furnishings. First rate all the way and easily one of the most beautifully decorated condos ever seen.

The owner, Sally, should be extreemly proud of what she has done to make this rental a few cuts above the norm. Absolutely gorgeous and highly recommended!

This was the fifth spring time visit my mother, friend and myself have made to this luxurious condo. We base our trip to Hot Springs on it's availibility-that's how much we like everything about this home. Sally is always a pleasure to work with and we always know it will be clean and maintained to a very high standard.

Get away for a weekend at Oaklawn

We have satyed at this condo for the last two years. It is a great Condo with everything you would need for a fun and comfortable stay. We shared it with our grown children and 2 grandchildren. Everyone was comfortable and loved the beautiful veiw of the lake. The condo is large and very well maintained. It is convienent to everything. Sally was gracious enough to let us include our little dog, Sally is always very helpful when you have any questions. We would recommend this condo to our family and friends. We would very much like to stay there again.

Pictures don't do this property justice. The place is beautiful. Loved sitting on balcony and watching boats go by. Just 2 minutes from restuarants and shopping. Will definatly stay here again. Very clean and lots of space.

We had a great trip. The Condo was beautiful and extremely large for a three bedroom. The location and view were perfect as well. This condo even has a boatslip. The only negative was the lack of a boat ramp, but there were several available in the area. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Excellent Property and location. Easy pull up and load/unload.
King size beds in each BR gave us plenty of space.
Many amenities, and gorgeous bathrooms.
Extra touch for sure.
Boat slip included, but a little difficult to walk down to the dock from 3 stories up.

Owner's Response: It has been pretty hot this summer. Ground level is two flights down. The good news is that from the parking lot into the condo, there are no stairs. It's hard to have it both ways! But, I'm glad that you enjoyed your visit and what a bargain shopper.
