Perfect for our family vacation

My family just spent a week here and didn't want to leave. We lived in the area years ago and knew this would be a central location to family and the activities we wanted to do. Florida has made some great improvements to it's highways and the drive to Busch Gardens is now quick and easy. Our favorite beach and fishing location, Fort Desoto is also an easy drive.
We have our favorite restaurants we always visit when in town. Beef O' Brady's and Babe's double decker Pizza. The visit would not be a complete without stopping.
There's plenty of shopping close by as well as a Publix grocery store in both directions. I made out a menu, ran by the store and we were set. The kitchen stainless steel appliances were great. I had no trouble putting together family meals with ample dishes, pots/pans and utensils. My famly was hooked on the pool. It was great to have our own oasis to enjoy any time of day. There was a large covered porch attached to the pool lanai that had a large table/chairs where we enjoyed all our meals. It was also great to see my grandson discover swimming for the first time at 7 months old. Another great thing about this house was that it had a crib in one of the bedrooms so my grandson was right at home. I would rent this house again in a heart beat, it was a fun and relaxing vacation.

We had a group of 8 and had a very comfortable and fun time here. Lots of space and places to sleep, and the pictures do not do it justice in general. The lanai is very nice with speakers outside for listening. It is a pretty close ride to I-75 or CR-301 which got us to the Hard Rock and dowtown Tampa in no time. If the backyard isn't big enough for you, the gate opens up to 3 or 4 soccer fields, a great place to throw the frisbee or football outside school hours. Good value for the money. Good property management.

We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this was one of the best! The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The master suite and bath are gorgeous. It was 3-4 miles from nice restaurants and a grocery store. Our kids (ages 7-16) really enjoyed the heated pool with the color shifting lights. We easily fitted 7 people in without anyone sleeping on a couch or in a public area. I would not hesitate to rent it again or recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous family vacation spot! The private screened heated pool was a hit with the grandchildren..... from first dip in the morning to midnight swims under the stars. The latches were placed high so toddlers couldn't get out alone even if door wasn't locked. They were grocery stores and drug stores nearby for forgotten items. The weather was perfect and meals were delightful on the screened lanai. The house was neat and clean. The pool man came every week and handyman was nearby and we felt well taken care of. My security deposit was speedily returned The schoolyard out the back gate with soccer field, full court basketball, monkey bars, and fenced playground was a plus when school was not in session. Attractions nearby we enjoyed: DeSoto beach, Manatee watching and Apollo Beach, Florida Aquarium, Hillsborough River Park (Had lots of fun renting canoes and seeing alligators).
Family is hoping we can do this again next year. A great two week stay.
