Excellent townhouse for a family

I thought the condo was clean, well decorated, and in a desirable location. It was very well maintained and in a safe gated community. I liked the fact that it was close to a Publix Supermarket and all the Disney attractions.

We have just returned from a 2 week vacation in Orlando and stayed at this property. The accomodation was very spacious and clean and had all the necessary equipment that you would associate with home from home. The location of Vista Cay is perfect for all major tourist attractions and located in a quiet place away from International Drive yet close to all amenities. I would definately recommend this property and we will stay here again when we return to Orlando. This was our 3rd trip, its addictive!

This place was incredible. It was very well maintained and had every convenience from location to special food delivery. The Taxi ride to downtown Orlando was only about $30 which is STEAL for this area. We were very lucky to find this place.

The accomodation was outstanding...clean, convenient, well stocked. Would not hesitate to return for another stay!

My family and I decided to rent this condo during Christmas because of the reviews and pictures. As we walked in, we were amazed by how cleaned it was and the modern home decor. You will find the condo exaclty how it is advertised in the pictures. The condo is very roomy (three levels). The location is wonderful. There is a publix right next to the area and it is in close proximity of the attractions in the Orlando area. Thanks Phil for allowing my family and I to have a wonderful Christmas and not worry about being cramped into a small hotel room.

This townhouse is just as great as the pictures. It has everything you would ever need whilst on vacation.
The owner was very accomodating and let us view the property before we committed (we live in Orlando but had family visiting),
We know the town and this is the best location.
The biggest TV you can imagine.
It has a new grocery store 2 minutes away with more stores coming soon (chinese and pizza restaurants). You are very close to Universal and International Drive as well as the Outlet Malls, Florida Mall & Millenia. You will need a car if you are staying at Vista Cay. The clubhouse & pooL are fantastic.

The place is clean and well maintained. The location is accesible to small shops, and Orlando's main attractions. The gated community make it safe, and the place is very quiet.The house is complete and you don't need to bring anything if you want to cook for your family. I would recommend this for families who wants a clean, safe and quiet place to stay while in Orlando.

This house is amazing. We chose it b/c it seemed fresher, cleaner and more modern than many of the other pictures we saw. The place is huge and we were able to spread out very comfortably. The only thing that we did not realize is that it was 3 stories high. We have little ones and had to carry tons of things up 2 flights of stairs but once we got everything situated we were all set for the duration of our trip. The property is very new and very clean and had most everything we needed. In addition, the grocery store is right around the corner so it made it easy to pick up groceries and other items as necessary. Last but not least, the owner of this property is the most helpful, agreeable & accomodating individual you could ever find. He does an amazing job of making his guests feel welcome. He is very costumer focused and responds to all requests in an extremely timely manner and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are very happy.
I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit the Orlando area for any reason whether it is to visit the Disney Parks, go shopping and/or attend a convention.
