We had a family vacation with 10 people and the house worked out great. There was plenty of room for all and the setting was very relaxing. We enjoyed the big kitchen and the Viking stove was wonderful to cook on.

I was so excited when we got to this place, there is so much room! I had my extended family from Chicago all come to meet here and the best part is there was something to do for everyone; the hot tub, the beach, the workout room, the piano & the awesome TV’s. Everyone had a great time & we definitely want to come back. Thanks for a birthday to remember!

Absolutely gorgeous and absolutely amazing sunsets, very clean beach and very clean water. Shallow for the kids with lots of playing room. There is even a small area on the beach with very little water they totally loved that. Firepits both at the house and the beach, beatiful fireplace, great people to deal with, we are absolutely going back. overall great experience.

Lots of room for 24 of us with children, very close to the beach and only minutes from town. Lots of bathrooms and great kitchen. Plenty of parking space, very quite and secluded, highly recommended.

5 families with 19 people for our 4 night reunion and house accomodated us nicely, lots of eating space. It's a beautiful house but it felt like someone moved out and stayed with friends while we rented. Clothes in closets and dressers, personal clutter on counters and in cabinets, opened food in fridge, used bar soap in showers. Sheets and towels of very poor quality. Spent the first day "scrubbing" the kitchen, rewashing dishes and cleaning cobwebs and dirt off the deck. The propane tank for the BBQ was empty, not enough toilet paper or soap, no keys so we had to leave the houses unlocked all the time. We've had many family reunions in many different houses all over the country and have never experienced anything like this. We sent the owner an email describing the situation and he did call....he was sorry and if we rent another time he'd make it up to us. Lots of potential with different owners and/or management. Beautiful area, nice beach a block away, fun little town, and the weather was perfect.
Owner's Response: They stayed at the property while we were on vacation in Europe, although, I did not have the oppurtunity to inspect the property myself, I was asured that it was cleaned properly, I contacted the guests numerous times and tried to reslove any issues that they may not have been happy with. I told them that I may send someone out to take care of anything that they may need, no requests were made until they had already checked out and wrote this review. We go to great lenths to assure that there aren't any issues with the property, it is a huge house and if something happens to get missed we usually catch it during the ispection, unfortunately we were not close enough to do so. Our deepest apologies.
