Best vacation ever!

My family rented this house in July. Not only was this house beautiful but it was spotless! Beautiful views during the day and at night - the lights of Alb. were wonderful. We would sit on the back patio or from the Master bedroom and just gaze at the lights and the stars. It is a great jump off point to go explore. We went all over New Mexico, using this house as homebase.We even went over to Arizona and saw the Grand Canyon. We had our 2 youngest boys with us and this house had so much room it made things much easier than being crammed into a small hotel room. They loved the Rec. room/loft and spotting the little lizards outside behind the house. We were there during the 4th of July - we did not have to leave. We cooked out and watched the fireworks from all over go off. We have never seen anything like it before. Hands down, our BEST 4th of July!
Angie was not only super sweet but very helpful. She new we were driving in from NY and provided us with a wealth of info prior to coming. Thank you Angie!! I hope if we make it out that way again that this house will still be a rental.

This was a beautiful clean home. We did not spend enough time at the home but we wished we had. This was the first time for my sisters to rent a home and the really enjoyed.Angie was a very pleasant lady to deal with thank you. Also make sure you follow her directions to the home, we tried it with the gps it took us the long way.

Had an excellent time. got your letter 2 minor suggestions. 1 House could use a nice chair with a reading lamp. 2 Need a few more small glasses. Thanks again for the use of your wondrful house. Really enjoyed The St. Clair winery.

You can truly relax in our home especially when you spend time in the backyard and enjoy the view and the warm weather of Albuquerque. Our family spends a lot of time travelling and staying in hotels. For the fourth of July weekend we wanted a more inmate and family place to stay. My wife and I wanted to spend time with our daughter and son-in-law and two grand-daughters so renting a home was the best options. We were flying in from San Jose and our daughter, son-in-law and two grand-daughters were driving down from Denver. When we arrived the house was very clean, the furniture was nice and all of the appliances worked. WOW! This was an awesome home. The girls had space to play and not be under foot, the adults has space; and the best of all we did not have to work on re-cleaning before we could sit down and just relax. On the fourth of July we sat in the most comfortable house and watch fireworks all around the valley it was great time and we very much want to do it again. My wife and daughter were able to easily to find and close grocery stores (Trader Joe’s and some other good for you store). We all highly recommend this home and Angie is very nice to work with.

We just finished our 5 day golf trip to Albuquerque and decided to rent a house instead of do the hotel thing. We were thrilled with this house. All of the other reviews are dead on. This home has everything you need for a cmfortable vacation. What a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay. The location is great and very close to shopping -get the steaks for the BBQ. Next time we go to New Mexico we'll try to stay here again. Top rate.

We spend at least 6 hours to clean our home between guests. This home and the owner were terrific. We stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. The patio in the back is the best place for a cookout and just viewing the mountains and enjoying the southwest. The owner was very easy to work with and her communications were terrific. She keep in constant contact with us and provided everything when she promised.

The house was a dream! I had plenty of room to spread out during the week, enjoyed the hot air balloons on Sunday (at least 23 in the sky at one time), enjoyed the view, the wonderful feeling of a home, rather than a motel room. I love to cook and bake, and all the pots and pans were there! The stairway was great for a few pre-wedding bridal photos!
The home has just about everything you need for your visit, and more! I hope to rent this home again.

this was the first rental i ever liked. it was very clean. it had everything i needed and more. i was delayed a day due to the airline and the owner gave me a refund for that day i missed. she called me the next day to make sure i got there ok. i will be renting from her again when i go back out there.
