Great Family Beach House!

Spent a long weekend at this lovely beach house with the family and everyone enjoyed it. It is indeed steps away from the beach, to Bailey's Lobster Pound for delicious take-out, and to other local restaurants. The house was very clean and had everything we need.
At our arrival we were greeted by the owners who provided all the necessary information and answered our questions.
We would rent again without hesitation.

House was clean and well-maintained and the property owners were very responsive to all questions before we arrived. A big plus for us was that they provided beach chairs and a wagon full of beach toys that we could borrow. Only downside was that no towels were provided with the execption of a few kitchen towels. We ran to the local Wal-mart (about 15 min away) to get bath towels for showering. Rooms were large & spacious and there would be plenty of room for 6 people without feeling cramped. Outside deck and small yard was nice too. The location is great and it took about 5 minutes to walk to the beach which was not crowded. Kids (ages 2, 5) walked every day with no complaints. Property is very close drive to Old Orchard as well as Portland which is a fantastic city.

Clean Quiet Convenient

Our family had a nice 10-day stay at this place in Oct.2009. Very friendly owners. Very quiet location with convenient driving distance to grocery (20 min) and shopping (30-45 min). No hesitation in recommending anyone to rent this place.

What a great place!

In september 2007, we rented the house for 12 days and we were so happy with the house itself, the quiet location and wonderful beach. We spent wonderful days at the beach with the kids but also had a great time at the York zoo, The children museum in Portland and also the great shopping in Kittery and Freeport. The owners were very friendly and the house spotless and very comfortable. I recommended this place to my friends.
