Fabulous vacation spot right on the ocean.

This was truly an outstanding spot. Upon our arrival, you check in on the 5th floor, which is right off the parking lot. You then go down to the 2nd floor, to your condo. There, we met Al and Arlene, who were just leaving. They showed us around the condo, explaining a few things to us, and where they could be reached if needed.
The Condo is beautiful, and the description on the Cyberrentals site is very accurate. The beach is lovely once the tide goes down, and is lovely to walk on. The front bedroom, off the balcony, will clearly allow you to hear the waves crashing. We loved it, but if a light sleeper, could cause you a problem, but then just bring ear plugs. The Condo has some condiments supplied, and a lovely gas stove, and an electric barbecue. The TV's have numerous channels available. The fridge is quite large. The benches in the living room area are the typical Mexican built in style, but more than comfortable enough with the cushions supplied. The Condo was thoroughly cleaned twice a week. The pool, when we were there in early January, gets sun at around 1:30 PM or so, until it sets in the evening. The construction 2 buildings over didn't bother us at all, and was quite quiet actually.
The bus stops out front both south and northbound. It is about a 15 minute ride to the end of the route north into Puerto Vallarta, and also about a 15 minute ride south to Mislamoya. When coming from Downtown, to the Condo, at night at least, until you get used to where the Condo is, you should just tell the bus driver you want off at Condos Punta Negra, and he will stop there for you. The bus runs out to the Condo till 10:30 PM., and the price has "jumped" to 70 pesos.
We went into town every couple of days, eating at Archies Wok, Pipi's twice, and enjoying the $1.00 beer and snacks at the Cheeky Monkey. And family night on Sunday evening is busy but enjoyable. And Mislamoya is worth the trip, to the old town area, then across the street to the ocean.
Overall, the Condo was great, with really nothing to complain about. My sister/brother in law who joined us in Puerto Vallarta for the 1st time loved it, and the Condo. And as we've been in Puerto Vallarta 10 times or so, this might have been the best place we stayed at.
And though we headed out a bit, we enjoyed meals, or drinks on the balcony often, or at the dining room table as well. You really could stay at the Condo all the time if you so desired. The 2 weeks blew by.
