Farm Family Loves Cherry Grove Rental

We just returned from our third summer at "Tanners by the Sea" and it was another wonderful week. The free wireless Internet was a great addition that we loved. It was a simple process to get connected with the laptop. We used it every day to search for area attractions, verify hours of operation, find maps and travel information, get coupons, read our hometown newspaper, check e-mail, etc. The two beach bikes were also new since our last visit. Our son is almost 3 now and he loved the pool this year. It was always clean and well maintained, just like the rest of the facility. The weather was cloudy and rainy for several days but there was so much to do in the area that we didn't seem to mind that much. Since everything is so close to the condo, we were able to run to the beach or pool between rain showers. Be sure to walk or ride to the Nature Park on 53rd Ave. and the Cherry Grove Pier. The owners, Chris and Sue, have always gone out of their way to make sure we have everything we need to have a great vacation. We just don't believe there is a better place that meets our needs any where in the North Myrtle Beach area. We all agree that "Tanners by the Sea" still holds the record as our best Internet discovery. The online photos and description are very accurate. They have everything you need for a small child. Don't take too many clothes or beach towels since they have a washer and dryer. There are plenty of linens, bath towels, and kitchen utensils on hand, so leave yours at home. There was even beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella available. Next year we plan to take our own advice and pack much lighter. Being on the ground floor is another plus when it comes to unloading and loading the car. We definitely recommend this property to families of all ages. You are bound to love it as much as we do!

We love this condo! We just stayed for the second time and are going back again this year.
The condo is right on the beach and the owners supply anything you could need on the beach: chairs, and umbrella, even bikes!
It is decorated with beach touches and is just adorable. It truly feels like a home away from home-easy to relax in. The kitchen is well stocked with untensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. And the owners offer much to do inside as well: books for reading, movies-for kids and adults, games, cable television. So, should you need a break from the beach, you have everything you need in the condo. Oh, even a washer and dryer should you want to keep up with laundry while on vacation.
The condo has been clean and welcoming both times we have stayed.
The owners offer excellent customer service. Always friendly and aiming to please. One even called during our second stay to offer a buggy to pull our kids behind the bikes they offer at the condo!
I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family-already have! I just hate for the secret to get out:)
We love the location as it is more family oriented then downtown Myrtle Beach and you can eat, play miniature golf, shop right there in NMB. And, it is a quick drive to Calabash for seafood.
I highly recommend it!

We were thrilled with the rental. The condo was very comfortable, and the distance to the beach was wonderful. We so enjoyed the beach bikes, and were tickled to have them. After speaking on the phone with Sue, I felt better about finding a rental on the net. Her emails and virtual tour, as well as her description of the property were right on! The condo was extremely clean and well cared for, and we were comfortable from the minute we stepped through the front door. Sue even stopped in one evening, which tells me she is interested in who is renting the unit. I've already recommended this property to several friends, and we plan to rent again for our 2010 summer vacation. We found Cherry Grove to be the perfect getaway and the closeness to all Myrtle Beach has to offer was second to none. Quiet, beautiful, and friendly are things we said several times. Also having wireless internet free and available made keeping up with home easy! We definitely recommend Finestere, Tanners by the Sea to anyone looking for a great vacation!!

I conducted a lot of online research into rental properties along the Grand Strand and I'm lucky that I found this condo. There is no doubt in my mind that you can not beat the value of this rental property.

The owners are local and more than willing to make sure your stay is perfect. The beach is wide and was relatively empty during our stay...we felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. The pictures, description and reviews are all completely accurate.

My wife and I both agree that when we return to the Strand we will plan our vacationso that we can stay at this property again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tanner by the Sea !! It was all we could want on a trip. Everything was so clean and neat. The condo was decorated just for the occation. The bikes was an added pleasure that me and my family enjoyed. The kitchen was fully stocked and so was the bath. We were just a few steps from the beach. Had so much fun, I wish I were back there now. We plan to stay here again !!! Thanks Sue and Chris for offering this wonderful Condo at Cherry Grove

We returned to the condo again this summer. It was as great as we remembered. Everything was perfect! We had three more family members with us this year, so the roll away and futon bed came in very handy. We still had plenty of room with the two full baths. The owners were so helpful and friendly that we feel like they are family now. The convenience of the beach, pool and parking was perfect for our toddler grandson.Our family wants to stay with here every summer!

My husband and I were wanting to take a trip to the coast before the busy summer ahead of us..We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at The Tanners by the Sea!! The condo was clean, very well equipped with all ammenties and just decorated beautifully!! I would recommend this condo at Cherry Grove to anyone who likes to come to the beach!
Sue and Chris are very gracious host and hostess and we will definitely come back and stay again!

If you are looking for a lovely, wonderful, homey place to stay, this is it, look no further. All you need to bring is your food and clothes. The apt really has everything you could possibly want or need. In a very nice neighborhood, very close to everything and anything you could need or want and right on the beach! My husband and I walked the beach many times a day and watched many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We were only blocks away from a fishing pier, supermarket, dining etc.
We are going back again in the fall, and will continue to spend our vacations here every year. The Owners, are a very lovely couple who go out of there way to see to it that you are comfortable and happy to be there.
There are no negatives to this condo, only AAAA++++'s.
You will return again and again just like us. So give them a call and spend a wonderful vacation in a charming, safe place that belongs to lovely caring people.
