Reviews of Property: Great Ski House with HOT TUB between STRATTON and MOUNT SNOW

This well maintained home is centrally located between Mt. Snow, Stratton, and Manchester VT (shopping and outlets). If you're looking to satisfy a diverse group where some like to ski and others like to shop, this is the perfect location! Everything we needed was at the house; towels and linens were plentiful. We felt very relaxed and at ease during our stay. The pool table, hot tub, and game room provided us with hours of entertainment. The owner was very easy to work with. I would rent his home again and would definitely recommend it to a friend!

We rented this property only for two days over the Christmas Hoildays and enjoyed every minute we spent
there. The hot tub was a real plus, the kitchen was well outfitted and the sleeping facilities were great. We also
enjoyed the pool table. We went to Stratten to cross-county ski and it was very close and easy to get to. The house was very clean. We want to come back in the summer to experience the area in warmer weather and swim in the nearby reservior. The general store was close by and had great cheese.

It would not be humanly possible for me to be more pleased with our experience in Ken's Wardsboro house. Everything was perfect! Even the pool table was surprisingly well kept and level. The photos do not do the house justice at all, the only way to know is to see for yourself. The property is perfectly situated right between Mt. Snow and Stratton. The town (which you can throw a rock at from the house and hit) has everything you need for a weekend getaway. If you stay here make sure you go to Bob and Peg's! The sausage is INCREDIBLE. Can't wait to book a week or weekend again next year.

I have to say that our group was very surprised when we arrived, the house is MUCH larger than it looks like in the pictures. The basement area is great! Pool table and wrap around coaches along with a stereo system!

The house really does everything you could possibly need for little things such as forks and knives to a washing machine and dryer!

The hot tub is great too and works great!

It is highly recommended that a 4x4 is used will accessing the house during the winter time as the hill is pretty steep.

We had such a wonderful experience renting this house. It is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and the property is amazing. The house has the perfect balance of modern amenities/renovations and laid-back charm. Personally, I loved the basement room, complete with pool table, lounge area, stereo, games & hot tub.

We had perfect ski days at Stratton & Mt. Snow- both mountains were even closer and easier to get to than expected.

The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with and we really felt like this was "our home" for the time we spent in Wardsboro. I absolutely recommend this rental property for anytime of year.

Home is very well maintained and stocked. Close to Mt Snow. Great Yard, Hot Tub, Pool Table and all the features of home. Owner is very responsive to requests.

I was absolutely impressed with everything about this house. Ken was incredible to deal with when booking the place, making arrrangements and meeting all our needs.

When we arrived the house was even greater then our already high expectaions. The house is clean, well kept and very spacious with plenty of things to do including board games, hot tub, satelitte TV, pool table and huge yard great for sleding and other outdoor activities. It has a living room area with a big TV and fire place upstairs. The basement is finished with a full size pool table, several couches, a big TV and stereo equipment that has an attachment for ipods. In the basement was a door to the out side hot tub that was underneath the large first floor deck. On clear nights we watched the stars from the hot tub. It was amazing!!!
The house was only a short distance to Mount Snow and not too far from the other shops and restuarants in the area. Many of our friends stayed with us they all LOVE the house!! Each of them complimented us on what a fantastic place it was to stay. Ken even allowed my friend to bring his dog with us. We stayed for seven days and didn't want to go home and cant' wait to go back next year!!! I would definitely recommend this place.

The house was perfect and fit our needs...we hung around the fireplace and played board games, had a few drinks while we played pool, and soaked in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. We had Guitar Hero set up on the TV in the living room and Mario Cart set up downstairs in the game room. The house was perfect for getting out and hiking up the trails intersecting the property, sleigh-riding out back, and hanging out by the fire pit at night. We had so much fun and can't wait to go back...not to mention the owner of the house was great to coordinate with!
