This is just a fantastic condo in a great location. The mountain views are spectacular! We made sure to be back every afternnon to see the sun set behind Peak 9. The condo is well appointed and very functional. In this day and age of cell phone, ipods, tablets and more, the kitchen offers something like 6 or 7electrical outlets. Plenty for all! The fireplace is nice and offers good heat. The hot tub truly looks at the mountains and is comfy even at 5 degrees. So relaxing. It's an easy walk to Main Street. We found the grocery store to be very reasonable, and it's a nice touch that Will and Angie leave behind the discount card for the grocery. Breckenridge is my favorite of the mountain resorts, and this condo will definitely be my future address. Thanks for the grewat hospitality. Beau Clark, Lafayette, Indiana.

Great condo in great location

Condo was everything as described and surpassed our expectations. The views of the mountain from the hot tub after a day of skiing were spectacular. Interior was beautifully decorated and well maintained with comfortable furnishings throughout. Working with the owners from initial contact to return of our security deposit was always prompt, courteous and could not have been easier or smoother. Location was great as skiing and town were both walking distance away. Thanks for a great stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful time in Breckenridge!

My husband and I had a 5-night getaway in Breckenridge and I must have looked through a hundred places before choosing this condo. It was perfect! It is close to all the shops and restaurants and we walked everywhere! The views are beautiful, the bed in the master is very comfortable, the condo is spacious, kitchen is well equipped, and the hot tub is WONDERFUL! We soaked in it each evening after playing outside all day. These owners are great and very easy to work with on the booking and payment process. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was beautiful, well taken care of and had everything we needed. We LOVED the location - close enough to walk to everything - yet out of the crowded and noisy downtown area. It was so nice to have our own hot tub. And we enjoyed the games and movies you provided. Very clean, perfect location, very short walk to Main St., plenty of parking, and beautiful views of the mountains. The condo's ammenities were great, the hottub was clean and in great condition, and there was plenty of space throughout. Everything was great, booking was very easy, the owners profided excellent instructions on getting there, where to park, and a map of Breck. Only a 3 day wait for deposit refund. I absolutely recommend this condo.

This is our second time staying here. As always, super nice, clean and comfortable. Great location, hot tub was perfect for early mornings watching the moon go down over the mountains. Definitely recommend staying here.

My daughter and I were longing for the mountains and Breckenridge. Everything about this condo was just what we wanted and exactly as shown on the internet, only nicer. Angie & Will were very easy to work with and answered the few questions we had right away. Had our deposit back in just a few days. It was so thoughtful for you to provide the humidifiers for our comfort.
Views of the mountains were magnificent from all the windows and from the balcony hot tub.
The building was very nice and well maintained and we loved having the elevator.
I wish we could have stayed longer, the time went so fast. We can't thank you enough for sharing
your lovely home with us and hope to be back again soon. A great experience!

Stayed at this lovely condo for 5 nights in Feb. It was very nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Condo was very clean when we arrived and was just as pictured. Great views of the slopes, except that it snowed so hard each day that we could hardly see them! Never had a problem finding a parking place and appreciated the heated parking lot and walkways. The owners were super nice and very easy to work with. Promptly returned the security deposit and payment via paypall worked great. Would definately stay here again and would recommend this place to others. Convienent to town as well as the slopes.

Perfect Stay in Breck

My mother in law who lives in France found this place online and wanted to rent this for her visit to Colorado but was hesitant to book online, so I acted as the mediator. For those reading the review, I can honestly say that these owners are very trustworthy, and are absolutely committed to making the booking experience as smooth as possible. Most of us are looking fro a great place to stay so we can ski or do whatever in Breckenridge. Having a nice place to stay and reserving that place should be the easy part. This place is Hot! Add on top of that a rental unit that is very clean, has a private hot tub on a balcony facing the Ski slopes, parking, elevator access, and every appliance you'll ever need, you can not go wrong with renting this unit. The payment process thru paypal worked quite well and is very secure. The full security deposit was returned promptly. We traveled with 2 small children and the unit had games and a few videos suitable for the kids. During our stay, we had 2 full days to burn so we skied Peak 8 (Taking the Gondola) for a day. Next day, we took the kids sleigh riding at Carter Park (free), walked main street and of course grabbed some Crepes and Starbucks, then went back for more sleigh riding. Two full days is not enough for avid skiers but with kids it was enough as we were zonked every night and took full advantage of the Hot Tub. If you are driving in from Denver, we rented our equipment from Sport Authority in Dillon. It is very easy to access and the equipment was brand new for 2011. Plus it was close enough to return the equipment the evening we were done skiing even though we were staying longer. Just make sure you have room in your vehicle for the extra gear (my skiis rode on top of the dashboard and armrest )
If you dont care about price, there are lots of places to rent gear in Breck. Just bring your smile and your credit card.
There are many places to eat and the Unit has a notebook of previous renters and their experiences. Otherwise the grocery store is about 1/4 mile down the road. Overall, it was an all around pleasant experience and do seriously consider this unit if you are looking for a ski vacation or even a get away vacation. There is a lot do in breckenridge and the surrounding area. Why not stay someplace you'll feel safe, comfortable and happy. Did I mention the hot tub?
