Our home away from home exceeded our expectations

This is a beautiful property. Every room was tastefully furnished and in pristine condition. We loved the covered lanai, where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Even though we weren't close to the ocean, it didn't matter. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. Our kitchen was stocked with every gadget that a gourmet cook (like me) would need. We even found snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs...
The master bathroom has his and hers sinks and a bonus, HUGE, walk-in closet.
There are lots of spices and condiments in the kitchen, and I left a few things I purchased for the next guest.
The best part of this property is how quiet it is. We are empty-nesters, so we wanted a peaceful place without a ton of kids. The pool is small, but it was nice to keep up my water aerobics. We also enjoyed a hot jacuzzi after a long day of hiking or snorkeling. We were thankful to have air-conditioning, at the end of the day, to cool down the property before bed. We shut off the a/c at night, enjoying the quiet ceiling fans.
The saddest part was the day that we had to leave. I could have stayed there a lot longer. I hope to return to Kauai soon and I would definitely want to stay here again.
It is a beautiful property and ideal for six people to share.

My wife and I were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful condo for our honeymoon. We were both amazed at the coziness, layout (especially the master bedroom), remarkable views from the lanai, and the overall feeling of relaxation that is impossible to escape while staying in this condo. We were not sure what to expect when arriving, but after we did we were simply blown away. There was a beautiful view of almost every sunset along with a great view of the pool that is on the property.
The condo also had every amenity you could think of. It had a great living room space with a nice size TV, videos and DVD's to choose from (which you won't need to use), board games (that you won't need to use), and internet hookups (which I did use just to check sports websites).
The kitchen was perfect. Quick story: It was funny, the first night we were there we wanted to BBQ since there is a grill on the lanai. We went to the nearby grocery store and picked up some meat and when we got back we realized that we had no spices or anything. We didn't know, but the kitchen had everything else we needed. We were looking for plates and silverware and ended up finding out that the kitchen was stocked with exactly what we needed.
The master bedroom and bathroom were also amazing. The bedroom was great and the ceiling fan going at night made the night's sleep that much better. The master bath cannot be described. Let's just say it has everything. I honesty can't describe it.
It's also a great place to stay if you are a golf-lover, such as my self.
To sum it up, if you get the chance to stay there, you will definitely not be disappointed.

We stayed in the condo to celebrate our anniversary. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation from the kitchen to the beach toys. The master bedroom and bath are great. The whole condo has a home away from home feel and we were able to relax and enjoy everything Kauai has to offer. We were close to many attractions and beaches. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We loved our five week vacation in this beautifully decorated home away from home. We spent many peaceful hours on the lanai overlooking the pool and enjoying the ocean view. The golf course is conveniently located right across the street and there are so many fun places to take walks. I appreciated that bikes, beach chairs, snorkel equipment-(everything we needed) were provided. The kitchen was so completely furnished that fixing meals was even fun!! We absolutely loved it so much that we can hardly wait to return. Deon

This beautiful condo has a charm all of it's own! Our vacation in Princeville was made even more wonderful by staying in such a 'gracious and spacious' place. The lanai was perfect for dining or just enjoying a beverage while looking over the lush tropical grounds and pool.
We really appreciated the condo's design. Each bedroom with it's own bath and TV provided a very private space for us and for our friends. The sofas and beds were
"Oh, so comfortable"! The condo is close to golfing, ziplining, hiking and beaches, and sunbathing poolside by the waterfall was a special treat as well. It was great fun being there and we can't wait to return.

We stayed at the condo in Jan and it was great! The property is new, beautiful and totally upgraded. The furnishings are nice and new. The condo is perfect for 6 people! Each bedroom has its own bath, TV & privacy.
Nice view of the ocean from the deck!
The pool and hot tub were great as well!

We have stayed in a number of other places in Princeville and this one tops our list!!! It is a beautiful condo that has everything. We went with two other couples and the condo is designed in a way that we all had our own private space. The lanai was a great place for us to enjoy the Hawaiian breezes. We were within walking distance of the golf course. What a perfect place to get away from the January cold. We will be there again next year!!
