we stayed last year and sorry just getting around to writing a review, your condo was absolutely perfect, exactly like the pic shown along with a very at home cozy feel I love kauai and staying in princeville was great, I am planning my next vacation right now unfort not back to kauai but I do plan on returning one day soon and would not even hesitate to rent from your property again should it be available, home away is a wonderful site to book with, The weather was perfect and the scenery words can not describe :) loved going into hanaiei for dinner at Kalipsos was a perfect lil beachtown, what a perfect trip and a great condo

Gracious and Spacious Condo

This beautiful condo has a charm all of it's own! Our vacation was made even more wonderful by staying in such a 'gracious and spacious' place. The lanai was perfect for dining or just enjoying a beverage while watching the sunset.
We loved the condo design. Each bedroom with it's own bath and TV provided a very private space for us and for our friends as well.
The sofas and beds were, ohhh so comfortable, and the kitchen was awesome and very well supplied. Hot tubbing and sunning poolside by the waterfall was clean, quiet and peaceful.
The location is close to golfing, ziplining, hiking, beaches and places to eat.
The owners were great to work with and can't wait to return! Mahalo

Awesome condo!

What a fantastic stay we had in this amazing condo! So spacious and felt like home. Debbie the owner is wonderful on all aspects with communication.The best part was how quite it was and all the equipment in the garage for our use. My wife and I had the whole place to ourselves and we kinda felt guilty, well maybe just for a second. This place would be great for 2 couples and a couple kids. We plan on coming back next year and the year after and the year after. Kauai is our favorite of all the islands and the North side of the island is amazing. Cheers to you Debbie for allowing us to use your amazing condo!

Wonderful condo!

We had such a wonderful vacation in this gorgeous condo! The furnishings and surroundings are beautiful. The condo is well equipped with every amenity you can think of. Made good use of the gym and all the boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and beach chairs. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was great, and we watched some movies on one of the rainy days. The lanai was large and breezy and we loved eating breakfast out there. The kids loved the pool and jacuzz! The owners were super easy to communicate with and were even able to accommodate a late check out for us since we had a night flight. We definitely plan on staying here again!

This condo really couldn't be any more ideal. It is modern, very spacious, beautiful and has a great location. We went for a week with our kids and absolutely loved staying there. The pool was well maintained, the price per night really can't be beat for what you are getting, and the owner keeps the condo well stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone, with or without kids and hope to go again in the future! LOVE LOVE LOVE this condo!

We just recently stayed in this condo and it was absolutely beautiful! The decor was amazing, the appliances were great, and we had everything we needed. It far exceeded our expectations. The lanai was great at night for eating and watching the sun set (in our case, we had a good lightning show). The complex was very well kept, quiet, and the pool area was wonderful for relaxing. Great location, close to many beaches. We would book here again in a heartbeat! Don't hesitate to decide! You won't find a better condo in the area!

My wife and I stayed in Ben's condo for several days this month and we were pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous the condo and the project were. Ben spared not cost to create a Hawaiian feel. The furnishings were spectacular! Also, the upgrades in this particular condo are second to none. The workout facilities are perfect, the grounds are lush and green with mature palm trees and the pool with waterfall are the icing on the cake. This condo project is the nicest in Princeville. Book it. You will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to return next year!

My sisters and I stayed here in August 2009 with our granddaughters, and when my one sister and I returned to Kauai in October of this year we stayed there again. The condo was well equipped, clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the living room and lanai were wonderful for relaxing. The pictures look exactly as the condo does. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the sky lighten in the morning while drinking coffee and relaxing at sunset with a frosty tropical beverage. The jacuzzi was a welcome place for soaking after a day of sightseeing, and the pool area was never crowded. The owners were easy to deal with and the on island contact was very responsive for a couple of small problems. The complex is very quiet and relaxing. Lots of walking paths throughout the Princeville resort, and the condo is only a little over a mile from the St Regis Hotel. I would recommend this rental in a minute, and this time we felt like we were "home" when we arrived. There is enough space that the five of us including 2 teenage girls never felt crowded.
The North shore of Kauai is awesome, we loved Ke'e beach for snorkeling and Hanalei for playing in the waves. Go to the McMasters slack key concert on Fri or Sun in Hanalei, what a treat.

What a vacation

We are just back from our vacation and this condo is the best we had over 4 differents ones. It is well located, about 5 minutes to the best beah for surfing and swimming. It is super clean and offer a peaceful nest. Would go back anytime.

We spent 9 days in May in this well maintained and beautifully decorated home. The beds were comfortable. It worked great for the 6 of us. We spent mornings and evenings on the large lani. It was our favorite place in the house. If you like to snorkel, Tunnels was very good. If you go early enough, park just past mile marker 8 on the side street. Also, Hideway Beach but it is a steep climb in and out using ropes in sections to help footing. Queen's Bath is fun but do not go in if there is rough seas. Watch children. We had the best fish and chips for lunch at the Dolphin Restaurant. Right next to this restaurant is a good place to rent kayaks if you want to go down the Hanalei River or out to the ocean. If you do go down the river, go on a day the wind isn't blowing. Usually in the morning. If you want to try paddle boarding, we rented ours on the far end of Hanalei Bay and used the river to learn. It was fun. Adam Sandler rented his board when we did. Don't hesitate to rent this home. It is on the second floor and has some distant ocean views. It looks just like the pictures. We want to return to Kauai and stay here again. Melody was so easy to work with. This place is a winner.
