We had a great vacation. We shared the rental with 3 other couples. It's big enough that everyone has their privacy and it also very affordable. Will be be staying here again.

First off I want to say Thank You!! for giving us the opportunity to stay in your wonderful beachhouse! We had a fantastic time & couldnt have asked for a better location! The townhouse accomodated our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 teens) wonderfully, with plenty of room to spare.
The listing discription and photos are spot-on & we were very pleased upon arrival. The unit was clean for a beachhouse, although the floors/carpet could use a good scrubbing, the bedding, towels, ect were all clean & fresh!! The wet bar was very nice while mixing our Fruity Beach Drinks! The washer & dryer were a lifesaver for keeping up with laundry. Oh & the shower on the patio for rinsing the sand off was a great addition :)
The only thing we were slightly dissapointed in was the patio umbrella was broken, so we bought a beach umbrella to use at the patio table. Oh, also the screen for the patio door was off but we ran the a/c so we didnt need a screen door anyway.
The owners were only a phone call away if we needed anything, although we never had to make any calls.
The location is perfect, quiet end of the beach, nearly secluded, yet so close to all the action on Front Beach Road. We loved this place!! We reccomend St. Andrews Park, Pier Park, Pinapple Willys, Harpoon Harrys (our fav), and Thomas Donuts!! Our biggest dissapointment would be Mikes Oyster Bar (bad experience for us, we wont be back there).
Over all, we loved PCB & our Southern Exposure Townhouse!! We Will Be Back!!!!

This is a perfect place for a big group. We had 11 in our group and didn't feel cramped at all. Perfect location.....away from the high-rise hotels & condos, but only a short drive to the action. Literally walk out the back door and down the steps to a gorgeous,quiet area of the beach. The pool is small, but a welcome addition, especially if you have small children who might need a break from the sand and surf. We had access to a charcoal grill, which was a nice surprise also. And the property was actually nicer that the photos showed. While not extravagant as far as bedding/furniture/televisions went, it was certainly sufficient. After a week here, we really hated to leave.

I would just like to take this opportunity to tell you what a wonderful week that our family had last week. We stayed in the house, Southern Elegance, on the beach. There were four families totaling 18 of us, ages ranging from 3 years to 58 years old.

We are from the Ozarks in Missouri and used to cooking for our families….and cooking we did! The kitchen was great. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We only ate out once during the week. (My only suggestion might be a crock pot)



Having the washer/dryer was a life saver with nine kids….and we came home with clean clothing instead of dirty laundry.



The bedrooms were so nice, beds comfortable, roomy, and individual bathrooms gave each family the privacy they needed.



Thank you for having such a great place to stay for our vacation. Sure beats a hotel hands down!!! We enjoyed every minute of our time there.
