Enjoy our beachfront condo located in one of Puerto Rico's finest beaches. You will be staying in a beautiful, clean, and fully-furnished vacation condo in the small town of Isabela. We are located just 15 minutes from the Aguadilla Airport (BQN) and 1½ hours from the San Juan Airport (SJU).

This 5th floor unit has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry with washer and dryer. From the condo balcony you will see the Isabela mountains and well as the Atlantic Ocean. The condo also has cable TV and high-speed wireless internet access. An elevator provides for easier access to seniors and disabled individuals.

This condo is part of Isabela Beach Court, which is a gated community with controlled access and 24-hour security. It offers many resort amenities including basketball and lighted tennis courts, gymnasium, playground, picnic gazebo, swimming pool and children's pool. It also has a beach gate for direct access to the Punta Sardinera beach.

The condo is a close drive to the Montones, Jobos, Shacks, and Golondrinas beaches. The Aguadilla Crash Boat beach is just a 15 minute drive away. These beaches offer many great water activities such as surfing, swimming, fishing, spectacular snorkeling, and underwater cave scuba diving.

You can also take a short walk to Villa Pesquera (Fisherman’s village) were you can enjoy restaurants, stores, and beachfront night life.

The condo location provides easy access to a good selection of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters and recreational facilities such as horseback riding, scuba diving, and the Punta Borinquen Golf Club.

There are plenty of shopping choices along Route 2 just 5 miles away. Other area attractions include the Rio Camuy Cave Park, Las Cascadas Water Park, the Arecibo Observatory radio telescope, and Guajataka forest.

This location is also perfect for the corporate traveler due its proximity to the Aguadilla and Isabela industrial parks, the Aguadilla airport, and Route 2. This condo offers all the amenities you would expect in resort villa or corporate rental.

This our third rental from Kim and as usual, the place was very clean and all the things you need to cook, beach and relax are included. Every time we find the condo fresh and bright. Renting is made easy from Kim and instructions are complete to get deposit paid and to get the keys and complete instructions on how to enter the condo and leave it. We will rent again and look forward to return. We also rented the studio on top floor for our kids and it too was clean and neet. The view is wonderful also. We loved our stay in beautiful Puerto Rico. We had all the comforts of home in this gated condo community and lots of beaches to choose from to surf daily. The condo was clean and the beds super comfy which you may not find everywhere. I hope to return soon and would hope to stay at this rental condo. Many thanks .....

Clean and well equipped condo

My husband and I and our three children in their twenties found this condo perfectly comfortable and quite clean. We had wanted a place with both tennis and ocean view, but booked late so ended up with this partial view (balcony only) apartment which was fine for us. Our one (very small) quibble is that we are all readers and wished there had been better reading lights next to the seating areas and all the beds, but, otherwise, everything was wonderful in the apartment. The condo complex seemed pretty empty most of the week and we often had the pool and beach to ourselves. When it is full, I expect it could be very loud.
The Isabela area has clearly gone downhill during the recession and Isabela center itself (a hefty walk up a considerable hill) is not very charming. Lots of closed shops. The Pescadaria (3 minute walk from the apartment complex) area was pretty shut up also during our week with no fresh fish and only one or two kiosks open. Two of our group speak fluent Spanish and I think it would be hard for a family to shop and explore without some Spanish in this part of PR.

We spend a week visiting family in this area every year and rent a condo every year, this year's experience has by far been the best. The owner was easy to work with, quick to respond to any issue (they were minor!) and price was reasonable. Condo was furnished with just about anything you could need and was kept neat and tidy.

Gorgeous place 20 steps from beach and perfectly immaculate...paradise!

We just returned from a 7 days stay at the condo, where we had an amazingly relaxing time. It's enormous, beautifully decorated with tropical themes, and absolutely spotless. Our son loved the bunkbeds and we loved waking up to the the smell of the ocean...and the fact that it was steps away. There's also a great bike trail that runs along the ocean you can use for jogging or walking. Kim was fantastic, so accomodating. She provided a great list of restaurants and local sites and always got back to me right away with questions. We would return in a heartbeat!!

My 2011 vacation

I was a little apprehensive about renting a condo without knowing anyone personally who had stayed at this place before hand. I must tell you that me and my family had a fantastic time. The condo was everything and more than we expected, it was like being at home, super clean. The pictures are accurate depiction of this unit.

I travel to P.R. often I will not stay anywhere else but here from now on. I have and will recommend this location to all my friends and coworkers. Kim I want to personally thank you for all of your help, God Bless

The stay at your condo was great! The condo was just as advertised, clean spacious and very kid friendly. I really appreciated your being able to accommodate our request last minute and that you took so much time to help us get up to speed. Also, the guards at the gate were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. If I am every back in the area I would rent this place again in a heart-beat. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful visit to this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was perfect, very clean, nicely funished,comfortable,and had everything that we needed. The pictures and description are accurate. The owner was very helpful and supplied all the information needed for a very pleasant and stress free stay. All transactions were extremely easy. The location was ideal for us. We spent time at the beach and went horseback riding. All were close by and convenient. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this property or to rent it again.
