We can not say enough good things about this property and Carla. Everything was fabulous, the most tranquil vacation. Our goal was to do nothing and what a great place to do that, relax, eat, relax, drink, relax, read. We did walk the half mile to the beach a few times and that was equally lovely.

My family and I enjoyed this property while preparing for my daughters wedding. It was perfect -- comfortable, relaxing, roomy and homey, and features an amazing view. Neighborhood was excellent -- quiet, while not uptight. The landlord was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if the opportunity to travel to St. Pete Beach occurs again. We very highly recommend this property. Enjoy!

I was so thrilled when my family and I were able to book this home for our stay in Florida. I looked for weeks for a home/condo big enough for all my family members - boy, did I hit the jackpot! We arrived on a Wednesday and it was little rainy. Carla was there working on some weeds. She was kind enough to let us in alittle earlier than the regular check in time since the cleaning was done. We went out back and saw dolphins the first day. Right by the pier!

This house is very special to me, because we did a destination wedding at the Tradewinds (hotel very close by). I stayed at this home with my parents/brother/sister-in-law for a few days up until the wedding. All my bridesmaids and I got ready in the house and it was just so beautiful and serene to get ready for your wedding here. The view is just unreal. Plus, there are many tropical leaves/flowers around the house. We took some great bridal shots!

The house is in wonderful shape. Carla made sure to leave plenty of clean linens, towels, beach towels, etc. There were many pool toys and floaties for kids. The kitchen is huge and has plenty of cabinet space for your groceries. There is a grocery store (Publix) about a mile & half away. We actually walked there one day.

There is plenty of space to sleep too. The bedrooms were exactly as seen in the picture. There is another little room off the garage with some bunkbeds. Its very tight in there, so I chose to sleep in the pull out sofa in the Florida room. It was just so wonderful to wake up to the beautiful bay.

I couldn't recommend this place enough. The view is beyond words. The price is just right, and the owner is great to work with. Looking forward to hopefully returning one day :)

We vacationed at this lovely home the last two weeks in September. This gorgeous property is spacious, very clean and well cared for. The kitchen has everything you need. The large sunroom is the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The pool area is beautiful "Million Dollar View" is right on. It porvided endlless hours of fun, rest and relaxation. We fished from the dock, watched the dolphins swimming through the bay in the afternoon and even saw a sting ray. The birds provided entertainment watching them dive for their dinner. Many evenings we chose to barbeque and enjoy the pool and view; however, there are many restaurants that are very close. There is a grocery store just down the street. There is also a great butcher/seafood store in Pass-A-Grille. It is located on Pass-A-Grille Way. I'm not sure of the name but is kitty corner to Sea Critters restaurant. Carla the owner of this home provides everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We would highly recommend this property and will be returning.

This home has everything you need and more, we traveled with my 2 small boys and they had a great time. They immediately found the toys (legos, dinosaurs and trains) and their vacation was off to a great start. The home is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The pool, boat dock and ocean views made this the best vacation my family has had, ever.

My husband, our four children (all under the age of twelve) and I had a blast. House is 2 min (by car) from a fabulous beach, has a panoramic view of the bay and has plenty of dvds for a weeks worth of family movie nights. Kayaks and paddles in the garage allowed us to venture out into the bay.

We cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen after shopping at the grocery store right down the road. Some nights we grilled on the outdoor gas grill.

Highly recommend.

The house was wonderful, everything we needed and more. The place was clean, well set up, and the location is absolutely ideal for what we were looking for. You are seconds away from everyone, yet out of the range of the hussle and bussle if you so choose. Carla was available if needed and made sure the place was up to par. She provides everything for your stay, including any kind of pool toy you can think of. We saw manatee's in the morning while fishing from the private dock, and dolphins in the afteroon playing in the Bay. Birds will be around cannonballing into the Bay chasing fish which is rather entertaining to watch while sitting outside on the patio. The pool and the view are out of this world. We had dinner quite a few nights sitting in the sun room while looking out into the Bay. Absolutely amazing. Our 5 year old son couldn't get enough of the pool and the games provided. There were more than enough items to keep any age child occupied and happy. The only thing to watch for is the bugs when the tide goes out! Depending on the season and the moon the water can get low during low tide and bring the bugs out. But Carla had us covered by providing bug spray in the house (something we didn't think of to bring) and it worked out just fine for us. You can not go wrong with this house, it is very well worth the stay! Just look at the schedule, it speaks for itself, getting in can be hard! If you see an opening I would highly recommend booking it! Thanks for the hospitality and we will definitely try to be back next summer!

We had a wonderful vacation over the 4th of July. The kids lived in the pool and fished off the dock. The bay view was pleasant and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and birds every day. The ocean was close enough to walk and the sunsets were brilliant. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare gourmet meals if you wanted to stay in with grocery markets in walking distance, and plenty of delightful restaurants in St. Pete should you desire dining out. We would love to come back!
