April 2013 Stay
Condo was as described. Excellent layout and had everything you wanted from TV's in three rooms with lots of channels,well furnished,IPOD base and all the kitchen utensils required. Balcony off living room with BBQ was very private and had great view. Very close to nearest pool. Condo was very clean. Eric Poole ,the owner and Jason the Condo Mgr. were excellent to deal with in all respects. Very Professional and helpful. Would go back again. Don.

Nicely laid out condo
We had a great 10 day stay at this well laid out condo. Nice bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and storage areas. Everything we needed ... including a nice patio, which we sometimes dined out and bbq'd on. We also found the condo location fairly central to the several different golf courses we played. Jason, the property manager, had initially given us a good property orientation which we found very useful.

Fantastic Return Stay!
This was our second stay at this beautiful condo and it was like coming home! We had a very warm welcome from the concierge and we knew why we retunred. He is so helpful with where to shop and has a very good knowledge of the area and favorite places to eat. What is really nice is that you won't want to eat out that often because there is a beautiful balcony with barbeque that we made good use of! It was so nice to come back to this condo and know we would not hesitate to recommend it to others who may make the trip to Palm Springs. It is so central and getting to and from the airport and to all of our golf courses was so easy. We really feel like this is our home away from home. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need and it is wonderful having the laundry facilities there - less packing! We really made good use of the swimming pool this year when temperatures got over 100 degrees! The people we met at the pool were wonderful - a very friendly community resides within the gates of this complex. We will definitely come back again. So many fond memories of a great vacation. Also, if you choose to stay here you will find a wonderful book in the condo that was written by the owner! Not to be missed - it made our trip all the more memorable and we appreciate so much having the opportunity to stay here again!

A True Gem
This unit is exactly as advertised and a lovely place to stay.It is tastefully decorated and renovated- not like many rental units that are tired and in need of up-dating.The location of the 2 bedrooms provides complete privacy from one another. It was nice having flat screen TV's in each bedroom and in the living room. We ate in a fair amount, so the barbecue which worked very well, proved useful. It was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The owner and property manager were very prompt in dealing with a problem that occurred with the air conditioner. The location was ideal for us, as we're golfers and there is a golf course located on the complex.
It was obvious to us that the owner takes pride in his condo and wants his renters to have a positive experience during their stay.
We would highly recommend this unit to our friends and relatives.

Loved our stay!
Our stay at your beautiful condo was everything we could have hoped for! The owner and our concierge Jason were very professional, answering all phone calls and emails A.S.A.P and made sure all our needs were met. The condo is very spacious and the beautifully decorated rooms were very clean and comfortable to relax in. You won't find a better sleep and we would definitely recommend this condo to others. The laundry facilities made it possible for us to travel light and have more room for all our shopping purchases! The location is central to all of the Palm Springs attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and airport. We look forward to booking our next stay in Palm Springs with you again!

Winter in cathedral canyon country club
The condo was accurate in its description. However, it was lacking in some kitchen amenities, which Jason our concierge quickly supplied. The linens were high quality, and plentiful. Jason, was extremely helpful, and helped to make our stay pleasant. Having internet and free long distance was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was perfect...exactly what we’d hoped for. All your reviews were completely accurate. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the condo was very nicely decorated. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast out on the patio...it was so calm and peaceful. And, the beds were awesome...I had a wonderful sleep every night. When we took our daily morning walks around the complex, we were impressed at how friendly everyone was...smiling and saying ‘good morning’.
We both loved Palm Springs...just like you said we would...and hope we will be able to return. We’d love to rent your condo again if it is available when we go back. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or relative.

We chose this vacation rental condo for our five night stay because of all the positive comments in the VRBO guestbook and we are glad we did! We reserved last minute and Eric was quickly able to take care of the details. Jason met us upon arrival and gave us a nice intro to the condo. The condo had everything we needed and more - it is clean, fully equipped and nicely decorated. Lots of extra touches made our stay enjoyable. There is a great balcony with a new bbq and we cooked and bbq'd several times. We found seasonings, plenty of kitchen items and many amenities, including new and good quality bed and bath linens, that most vacation rentals don't have. The appliances were new and clean as were the other furnishings. The condo was centrally located near many golf courses, restaurants, shopping, etc. We enjoyed evening walks around the golf course and complex. We didn't have a chance to try the pool/spa but they looked great too. We hope to return in the future and think anyone would enjoy a stay here. Thanks Eric and Jason.

Wow! What a wonderful vacation! Just returned home yesterday! The condo was luxurious with added touches that made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place for those looking for a most perfect vacation. The weather was perfect, shopping was great; restaurants spectacular and even had 4 great golf games. Thank you to Eric, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo and to Jason who was most accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here again and look forward to our next trip to Palm Springs!
