This place was totally awesome. The people who run it are very friendly and helpful. We are 1st time stayers at this place and it is really nice inside. We had about 14 people staying at one time (Labor Day wkend) and our ages ranged from 27-32. We loved the kitchen setup. Plenty of cups and dishes as well as the typical cooking pots and pans (Bring your own Pasta Cooking Pot. Their's wasn't big enough). The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are pretty decently sized. And the location is awesome (located on 60th). Not far from the typical bars and clubs as well as restaurants. There is Rick's Market and 7 Eleven real close which was clutch for grocery shopping. Not far from the beach was also a plus (maybe a footbal field length from the entrance to the beach). The beach also wasn't as crowded like we are use to when we have stayed up on 118th in past years. And you can play games like soccer, football, cornhole, etc. Another thing we weren't use to when staying up on 118th. Plenty of street parking if you get there early or in the evening (comes with 2 car garage w/ extra spot). The only bad things I could say is the noise from Coastal Hwy was bad. I'm hearing impaired and I had trouble sleeping from all the traffic (ear plugs were the joke of the vacation). Also no internet was another thing that bugged us. Some people had to work and had to go find free wi-fi somewhere else. Also the kitchen bathroom didn't flush properly. Which was no biggie since there are 3 other bathrooms you can go to. I can say we would definitely come back to this place though.

We had a wonserful vacation and much of that was due to our accomodations! This huge townhouse was beautiful and spacious. We had 12 to 14 people, adults and teens, staying together for the whole week, and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and plenty of bathroom space. Always hot water, too. Tubby's was right next door, and we had read some reviews about too much noise, but our townhouse didn't seem to be bothered by much noise. The beach is very close, so we could come and go the the beach as needed. Also, there are many restaurants and places to keep you occupied if you're tired of the beach. We also had 3 places to park, which was terrific. Hope everyone has the kind of time we had!

The owner was wonderful and worked with us. As far as beach rental units the place was beautiful and clean. I would stay there again, maybe not for bike week though. During the official bike week it was loud being on Costal Highway & in the Tubbys parking lot but once the event ended the traffic noise didn't bother us at all and it was off season so once the event ended Tubby's wasn't open late anymore. I'm sure the Tubby's noise is loud all summer since they are open until 3am (but we heard they are moving Tubby's to a different location, not sure if that is true or not). We were surprised that the big balcony we thought we would have to hang out on, facing Costal Highway is actually off of the downstairs bedroom not the living room, the living room balcony is facing Tubbys and not as big as the bedroom balcony. The other disappointment was no internet connection; it was advertised with internet connection and the reviews said it was weak but we had none at all, the people there expected to log on for work were not able to at all. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay again.

The rental property was outstanding. It is large enough to accomodate 4 couples in seperate bedrooms with ease. You could have added a child or two without much difficulty. The shared common space can handle a large gathering. The kitchen has all the plates, cups, pots, pans and silverware that you will ever need. The location at 60th Steet is close enough to visit the bar scene for us. The younger memebers of our crowd walked to one of the better know places. Easy assess to the beach was really a nice feature so we could go back and forth easily. There was off street parking for three vehicles. Two of them fit in the enclosed garage. The third vehicle was under the building porch like a car port. The only drawback is being directly on Ocean Highway as there is a lot of road noise. For those used to sleeping in a very quiet area, it is a problem. All of the bedrooms have a wall & windows on Ocean Highway so you can't really escape the road noise. Highway 90 enters OC at 62nd Street so the is a lot of traffic at all hours. Also the wireless internet connection is only available by selling it from the hotel across the street. We had a good time anyway.

We were a family of 11 and had a very comfortable stay here. It's right on coastal highway so you do have to deal with the noise on the weekends. It's right next to Tubby's which has its pros and cons - great food but noisy at night since Tubby's stays open till 3am. But the place itself was immaculate and very nicely decorated, providing all the creature comforts. You do have to take the bus or drive to the boardwalk but the beach is a 2-3 minute walk, no roads to cross! The kids loved it!
The only caveat is the internet connection as it was quite flaky and we were depending on it as the website stated they had wifi.
Definitely recommend it for all!
