This condo was so much more than you would expect for a rental. Absolutely beautiful! Next year, we will not bring half of what we packed because it has everything...except a juicer for the wonderful grapefruit we picked from the tree on the grounds! The walk to downtown every morning for breakfast is something we're missing already. This place is a little treasure!

What a wonderful escape - privacy, comfort and location! This completely renovated condo felt like home right when we walked in. It was more than we ever expected. Tastefully decorated, this place has it all - a beautiful private pool and spa, a well equipped kitchen with new appliances and utensils, modern furniture, a comfy bed, great TV’s, and two blocks from downtown Palm Springs with shopping and restaurants! The owners obviously take great pride in their home and want their renters to be happy, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay. In addition, the owners were very quick to respond to any problem that arose (as we are technically and mechanically challenged!) We spent much of the time soaking up the sun and cooling off in the pool which is steps from the front door. Coffee on the patio each morning and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day enjoying the mountain views with a glass of wine made it a perfect vacation. We highly recommend the windmill tour, canyon hiking and the Art Museum which were highlights of our trip. We have been to Palm Springs many times and always stayed in hotels, but this condo was so comfortable and inviting that we didn’t want to go home! Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back soon.

My husband and I chose this condo for our 6th stay in Palm Springs (escaping the UK weather again!) and we were not disappointed. The apartment was comfortable, well appointed and ideally located for a leisurely walk to the cafes and restaurants of PS centre. The complex was never too busy so always plenty of room around the large clean pool for some serious sun worshipping after our morning tennis (we can thoroughly recommend the courts at Ruth Hardy Park by the way!) The complex gardens are beautifully kept too. Having stayed with friends in larger single properties in PS in the past we were not sure of what to expect from a smaller property in a complex but our stay was everything we could have wished for for a relaxing getaway. Lisa stayed in contact with us throughout our stay, which was very reassuring. We hope to return next year as we really have found a little gem in this super property. Thank you Lisa!

We really enjoyed staying at this comfortable, spacious and stylish condo. It's location couldn't be better. It is in a small, quiet and beautifully landscaped complex just a few minutes walk from the restaurants and shops of Palm Canyon Drive. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and gazing at the stunning mountain views. The condo is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need and Lisa made all of the arrangements for our stay very easy. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Palm Springs and would recommend this condo to our friends and family.

We spent our first trip to Palm Springs at this recently renovated property within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs. The property is exactly as described, clean, well maintained, including everything that a guest would need. This property is conviently located to local shopping, theatre - the Palm Springs Follies are a must, and great dining. This property is also close to a number of local tourist attractions to say nothing of the area golf courses. This proprety is exactly as described; there were no surprises. Furthermore, Lisa was very helpful in ensuring that all of our concerns were satisfied. We recommend this property without hesitation.

This condo was perfect. Unbeatable location, quiet complex, spacious with cool decor... spotlessly clean. We thought it was even nicer than the photos. Lisa was a doll to work with. We spent a week (would be totally comfortable for longer stays) and thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had the pleasure of spending the month of May in this little gem and are still smiling about our experience. As two Innkeepers ourselves, it is so important that the details are looked after, and this property has done it right. Wonderful living room area (my wife loved the sofa set), great kitchen space that is fully equipped, wonderful walk-in shower with multiple heads, and a large bedroom with lots of storage space. The pool and outside areas are perfectly maintained and the location in downtown Palm Springs is ideal with only a 5 minute walk to the 'main drag'. Dozens of great restaurants (don't miss Cheekys or the dining room at the Ace Hotel!), ample hiking in the area (that was our main focus and we were thoroughly pleased!), lots of variety of things to do and explore. There are lots of lodging options in the area, but for those looking for a very quiet retreat with handy access to everything, this place is perfect. It was a fabulous full month in Palm Springs!
