Excellent place for a group!

This home worked out perfectly for our group stay. Every detail was attended to. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The master suite is incredible, very large and luxurious. The owner quickly attended to any issues that arose (phone, internet not working) and resolved everything as soon as possible. There are numerous places to dine and shop nearby. I would definitely recommend this property to others planning a stay in the Reno area.

this was our third time renting from rick house is always nice and clean and nice location for airport
close to a lot of things to do.
And rick does a great job with phone calls to make sure all is running smooth.
and on first vist he will come over and show you every thing about the hosue

Our weekend was really fun! We enjoyed the house and I want to tell you how much I appreciate the way you took care of us. The extra care you took to meet us when we arrived; to provide blankets when we needed them; to know I could call you, if anything went wrong, was a comfort. The mattresses were really wonderful as you had promised.
The conference was delightful too. All in all, it was a very good weekend. I'd be happy to recommend your services to anyone interested in renting a home in Reno.

Rick all was great thank you for your hospitality I really enjoyed your personal touch and checking in with us during our stay this spot was great, close enough to the activity yet not right in the hustle and bustle of the casinos. place was cleaned and had all the amenities a family of 4 adults would need.
The house was exactly 20 minutes from our destination and worked out perfectly?
I would definitely call you again to rent this house if ever have the opportunity to travel to Reno again.

Bowling was just ok, but we truly enjoyed ourselves. We plan to return next year, and we will definitely contact you as soon as we have our dates scheduled. Your neighbors were great too… this was our best stay in Reno. Also, I’m glad Thelma and Richard enjoyed the treats. We figured it was better to share, than to waste the treats J

I wanted to thank you very much again. Our stay was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would be interested in reserving the East Huffaker Lane home next season. The preliminary dates for next season will be from Friday, April 19th through Sunday, April 28th 2013.
I will reconnect with you around November post my 2013 volleyball tryouts. Thank you very much again.

Thanks for the stay! We all really enjoyed it and had a great experience. We enjoyed having everything near by and the house was very comforting. Our trip was great, it was really nice to be a couple minutes away from downtown and very convenient to have grocery stores near by. We really appreciate everything and we are looking forward to booking again maybe sometime in the summer.

New Years vacay in Reno

Was very excited to work with Rick in renting this home for a group of us over the holiday week. The reason we chose this location was that several in the group wanted to go skiing - and this home was reasonably close to Tahoe - but gave others who don't ski options to do other things.
The home is comfy and yet you can have your privacy if wanted as well. Plenty of towels & washclothes. Nice to have so many bathrooms as well. Kitchen is good size especially if there's 3 that want to cook/work in the space at same time. Also we very much appreciated having a second fridge in the garage for the beverages ;)
Rick and his crew were very helpful when we woke up to no heat in the home. They had it fixed it no time.
Overall - i would definately recomment this home to anyone. It is perfect for group of friends/couples, those with families - extended family too ~ Hard to find a 4 bedroom with at least 3 queen or bigger beds.
