Reviews of Property: Beautiful Duval St. Condo, Location, Location!!!!

What a great condo. It's location is absolutely perfect. It's located right on Duval Street. It is set back so there isn't any noise at all. The washer and dryer came in so handy. I used it every night and realized I could have packed much lighter. Our first night there we filled up the refrigerator. That made us feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable and the closets and dressers were very spacious. We rented a car and the gated parking was great. You really could walk everywhere, but it was SO hot the car came in handy with the A/C instead of walking home after a long day at the beach. We made many visits to Ft Zachary Taylor Beach. It was so worth the fee to get in. The waters were crystal clear and there were plenty of shaded areas as well. We did a snorkel tour through Fury and it was the best ever. We saw barracudas and sharks. Would highly recommend that excursion. Again, I can't say enough how beautiful and clean this condo was. We had the best time ever. I actually shed a tear when it was time to leave. Would definitely stay in this condo again if I'm ever in Key West!! Five stars..........

We couldn't have found a better place to stay in Key West! The condo's location was perfect.It is walking distance to everything! It was exceptionally clean and was equipped with everything you need to make your vacation wonderful! Tastefully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable! The owners recommended wonderful things to do and great restaurants to visit! We can't wait to return to Key west and stay at "Stately Wayne Manor"!

We absolutely loved our stay in Key West and the condo was in the perfect location!...right on Duval, but far enough back from the street for it to be quiet...once we finally came inside. We could walk to the beaches, Mallory Square and all of the attractions in Old Town. It was so nice to be able to pop in and out of the condo throughout the day! The reserved parking was a great bonus as well! Everything was clean and efficient with extra beach towels and paper products on hand. The owners even had a bag of ice for happy hour waiting for us in the freezer - nice touch!

This was the perfect condo for our family of four. It's located in a prime area. Shopping and restaurants are right outside the door. It is within walking or biking distance to most attractions including the beaches. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly and easy to work with. We loved it!

Fantastic place. Location IS perfect. Since we were travelling with 2 small children and wanted to see some of the other keys, we chose to get a rental car. If you plan to stay in the downtown area you definitely don't need one. You can walk to either the Mallory Square side or the Southernmost Point side. Property was clean and the owner helped us with arrangements of some rental items for our infant. Exactly as described - I highly recommended this condo.

The location of this condo was perfect. The condo itself is very nicely decorated. It was very clean and comfortable. Having the small kitchen was great (as well as the washer and dryer). There are two things we would have liked: 1) A pool! Although there is one a scooter ride away at another hotel, we would have preferred one on site; and 2) We found double beds to way too small. If the bed situation and lack off a pool doesn't bother you, we would absolutely recommend this condo.

What a wonderful condo, perfect for our family of 4. With the condo being so close to everything, the only thing that limited what we decided to do on our vacation was the weather. When eating out was too much, we were able to find a market where we got seafood to make in the lovely kitchen. Our children are 12 and 14 and we found it perfect for our needs.

Condo -- The condo has two of the most comfortable beds ever. Closet space is generous and the washer/dryer makes it possible to travel with fewer clothes. The kitchen is complete with a large refrigerator (fewer trips to the store and a place of those "doggie bags.". The living room area is spacious with comfortable furnishings. The balcony fits two people nicely and provides the opportunity to sample the area ambience without having to be in the middle of it.

Location -- You're close to the action but far away from the noise.

Parking Spot -- The dedicated parking spot with access from the back makes it easy to get around town without having to use Duval Street except when you want to.

I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to spend some time in Key West.
