Everything was wonderful!!

I rented this townhouse in early May 2009 for my daughters graduation in Gunnison. There were seven of us in the townhouse. We never felt crowded. We never ran out of hot water. The accommodations were perfect!! The townhouse was well stocked with everything. The owner was above and beyond wonderful to work with as I had to make a few changes along the way. (Thank you again) Super location. Super view. Super townhouse. I kept repeating to everyone all weekend "Have I mentioned this place is aweseome?".

The house was great for the location and price. It had all of the provisions that our family needed. I didn't realize the house was really a "duplex" but other than occasional noise it wasn't really an issue.

The master bedrooms are on the ground floor with the main living area above these bedrooms. The noise from the living area was extremely loud if anyone was trying to sleep in the bedrooms below. As long as the family has the same sleeping schedule this isn't an issue.

The owner was great to work with and made the transaction very easy.

Awesome Stay in Crested Butte

Review Submitted: July 31, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
This town home has a great location within easy walking distance of downtown Crested Butte and all of the shopping and restaurants. Our son loved the proximity to the new park and the bmx bike course. If you want to go to Mt. Crested Butte, the free shuttle is just two blocks away. The town home is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved spending evenings on the front porch with the terrific view of the Butte and the sunsets. This is a town home, but you need not worry about noise from the other unit. Paul was prompt and easy to work with. This is our fifth summer in Crested Butte and this is by far the best place we have stayed.

A beautiful home in a beautiful area

Review Submitted: July 2, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008
We stayed at this wonderful quiet place in mid-June. As we drove from Grand Junction at 100 degrees we were thrilled when arriving in Crested Butte's 78 degrees. We are in our late 60's but active. We enjoyed the hiking trails, good restaurants and cute shops. Main street in Crested Butte is a 10 minute walk. The home is well equiped in the kitchen including coffee grinder, blender, washer and dryer, etc. There is plenty of room for a large family gathering if needed. We loved it!

We had such an enjoyable time we plan to return to this townhome in the future. It was very clean and comfortable and conveniently located to all of our activities in the Gunnison and Crested Butte areas. The owner was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions we had about the property before arriving. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and conveniently set up for meal preparation. The view from the livingroom and deck areas was hard to beat. We were prefectly content to sit and enjoy the view even when the weather turned cold and nasty.

Great Ski Vacation

We just recently stayed in the townhome and it was perferct for our needs. Situated on a quiet residential street in the quaint town of Crested Butte, the townhome was clean, functional, and convenient to both downtown and the shuttle to the slopes. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was pretty much fully stocked. This is the way we like to travel!

Comment Text: My family and I stayed at this Crested Butte Townhome over the Christmas holidays 2007. As we opened the door and walked into the entry hall,
we all were in awe. Honestly, this townhome is laid out very well for a
large family. Upstairs in the loft, I had my teenaged boys. A half bath there. On the main floor, a cozy den with fireplace and cable TV. Furnished superbly. I think the leather sofa is a sofa bed, but we didn't need it. There are extra down comforters and pillows everywhere. Huge dining room table. A full bath on this floor. An air bed in one closet that I saw. Downstairs, two
nicely-sized bedrooms with beds that are extremely comfortable, and extraordinary
linens. Heated tile floor. Full bath downstairs. Washer/dryer. Tons of storage. Kitchen with all I needed. Lots of light through the large contemporary windows. Looked like a large deck with BBQ grill and table for outdoor dining in summer (there was so much snow we didn't dare even open the door!) The owner is super nice, emailing us during our stay
to make sure everything was going well. Internet at the Buckaroo Coffee
House next to Phillips 66 gas station. Also internet at Library. Will
definitely stay here again! Great Great Great experience! Thanks, Paul!

I have stayed at Paul's place on several occasions over
the past few years, and it is always my first choice
when visiting Crested Butte. In addition to the great
views from the deck, it's really close to the bike path
and convenient for letting my dog swim in nearby Coal
Creek. Highly recommended.
