Two cheerful bedrooms face Pepper Hill eucalyptus grove with full Southern exposure. The master bedroom has an authentic French Louis XV antique bed and looks over a peaceful natural two level garden.

The living room is sunny and super comfortable with two Damask down filled deep seated sofas and one of a kind armchair with unique Acanthus leaf design chenille upholstery. The living room will provide you a restful while elegant room to entertain local friends.

The backyard landscaping is in harmony with the Santa Barbara natural vegetation. Lavender and Mexican Sage plants grace the front yard and attract many species of butterflies,wild birds including green and red throat humming birds. Salvia Leucanthia bushes and trumpet vines provide a peaceful splash of color across the backyard. All you will hear will be birds chirping and occasionally our wild rabbits will run across the yard in search for food. Quails abound during the Spring when families of them will look for food in the backyard lawn while you are having breakfast on the patio.

A unique feature of our home is the unblocked North-South facing position of our home. The house stays cooler than most homes yet, we have plenty of daylight. During the three to four days of hotter days, you can open all of the windows and let the breeze come through the house and use our fans to circulate air throughout the house.

Rental Policies:

Two night minimum. One night stay subject to availability at a 25% surcharge. Last minute reservations can also be accomodated with Fedexed or UPS 'd payments or wire transfer of entire rental fee plus$1,200 security deposit.

A $1,200.00 refundable security deposit is required and is refunded within 7 days of check out.

Cleaning fee of $100 for up to one week stays or up to 6 guests; $150 for over one week or over 6 guests.

A deposit of 50% of the rental fee, plus deposit and cleaning fee are due 60 or more days prior to the stay. The remaining 50% of is due 30 days before check-in.

For cancellations received prior to 45 days before arrival, one-half of the $1,200 deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival, one-half the total rental fee will be refunded. Generally, no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of reservation date, unless we are able to re-book those dates with other guests. Absolutely no refund will be made for shorter stays than originally contracted for.
