Beautiful fully furnished condo in the high desert area of Northeast Scottsdale at Legend Trail. This top floor corner unit overlooking the 17th fairway is a gem. It is a quiet desert retreat away from it all (you may hear a coyote at night), yet it is just minutes from numerous upscale shops and restaurants in Carefree, Cave Creek, and North Scottsdale.

For golfers, the Legend Trail Golf Clubhouse is a just short walk away. There are also numerous public golf courses within a 10 minute drive from the Condo, including Troon North, Dove Valley, and Rancho Manana.

The exclusive Legend Trail Community Center is steps away, featuring 3 state of the art exercise rooms, 2 large outdoor pools (1 heated), spa tub, tennis courts, ping pong, and library.

Our Condo unit features an extra large balcony with an outdoor dining table for 4 and a cocktaill table for 2. Relax on this balcony and take in the stunning views of the desert and fairway in the foreground and mountains in the background, including Pinnacle Peak. Inside amenities include kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar, fireplace in living room, hidden washer and dryer, 3 cable TV's (1 HD), Free Wireless Internet, stereo with 5 disk CD changer, 2 DVD Players, ceiling fans, and private garage.

Normal Rental Periods Offered:: Monthly rentals are usually calendar months (1st of the month to last day of the month). Alternate check-in and check-out dates, if available, are negotiable. Weekly rentals are typically Saturday 3pm check-in to Saturday 11pm check-out. Discounts on multiple week or multiple month rentals are negotiable.

Taxes, Utilities, Fees, and Parking: Rates include all Taxes, Utilities and Cleaning Fees (NOTE: Most other rentals add these charges to their rate. Consider this when comparing rentals in our area). Utilties include HD Digital cable TV, gas, water, electric, local phone calls, and Internet access The unit includes one enclosed garage with an automatic garage door opener. There is also ample parking in the lot in front of the condo building.

Terrific condo in an excellent location.

This condo is all that it is advertised to be, and more. We moved in with our clothes & personal items, and that's all we needed. The location is excellent. It's located in the far northeast corner of the valley, away from the crowds & the traffic. But it is very close to Carefree and Cave Creek, and all the amenities of Scottsdale are only about 20 - 30 minutes away. Being next door to the Community Center is a plus; we used the fitness center almost every day. The second bedroom, with its bathroom en suite, was a perfect arrangement when we had company. We loved being close to several outdoor venues: Bartlett Lake, Pinnacle Peak, and Cave Creek Recreation Area. We stayed for three months this year, and we've already signed up for three months next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

We will continue to upgrade the amenities to make the experience better and better - after all, we stay there too!

We rent vacation homes at least 3x a year and have been doing so for 16+ years all over the United States. We found this condo to be outstanding. From the initial contact thru checkout the owners are very accommodating. Loved the condo-layout, view, appliances, furnishings, kitchen (we are foodies), electronics, location-it was all great. Here are the things that we think make this unit really stand out:

-love having the pantry-so often rentals never have a place for our food
-sharp kitchen knives, we love to cook so its nice to be able to slice a tomato :)
-updated electronics TV, hd cable, speedy wifi
-lots of basics provided: salt and pepper, detergent, trash bags. We are believers in leaving things for others so even though we used a few of these items we contributed too-part of being a good renter.

The big bonus was the great horned owl nesting in front of condo with daddy owl hanging off the lanai every day-we really got a kick out of them. Truly we loved everything!

Close enough to enjoy Scottsdale, but removed enough for peace, quiet and beauty.

We are golfers - and golfed 5 out of 6 days - awesome. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This is a first class unit with every amenity you could ask for!!! Great views, close to many shopping areas, short drives to local attractions, golf courses and restaurants', and very quiet at night.

The owner provided everything and more that might be needed to live in the unit and was available for any questions or concerns. He even went out of his way when we were late arriving into the Phoenix area. We definitely will try to rent the unit the next time we visit the area.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was just as depicted in the listing. Everything appears very new and it is very clean and enjoyable to relax in. The kitchen has everything you need during your stay. Do know that it is located in far Northeast Scottsdale- but that is a great location for outdoor activities-hiking, golfing- and there are lots of great restaurants (and an AJs fine grocer) just a 5 minute drive away, along with Starbucks, Target and a plethora of any retail you could want. The community center is very nice, and we used the gym there every day. We go to Phoenix several times each year and really enjoyed this location!

My husband and I went to AZ from WA state and it was like heaven on earth. The condo we stayed in was on the Legend Trails golf course with beautiful scenery. The condo is lovely & clean and everything seemed brand new & the interior designer who put the condo together did a wonderful job with color & design features. The sunsets & sunrises were breathtaking and we would see all kinds of wild animals running around the course, rabbits, road runners, birds of all kinds and an occational bob cat to keep them on their toes. Never a dull moment as we sipped our cocktail from the deck. If you stay there you will enjoy every moment.

Best Place We Have Ever Stayed!!

This was our first experience renting a condo and we loved it. The condo was more than what we envisioned. Great location - quiet - friendly staff - balcony overlooking the golf course - scenic hiking trail next to condos - 2 pools and a whirlpool - etc. The listing description was very accurate - the place was immaculate. 2 bedrooms, both with full baths. One walk-in closet with lots of room to store suitcases and hang clothes. Washer/dryer, 3 TV's, garage - everything you would expect if it were your home.

The owners met us and explained everything we needed to know - and left a list so we could refer to it in case we were in doubt about something. They were wonderful!

This is a FIVE STAR accommodation!!

We stayed in this condo for just under a week and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The condo was beautiful, clean and very up to date. The condo was outside of phoenix, but not too far. It took us roughly 20-30 minutes to get into the city for the malls and restaurants. Otherwise its only a 10 minute drive to a grocery store, gas station and smaller shops. The owner of this condo was extremely helpful before renting the condo and for the duration of our stay, offering suggestions when needed. The condo had everything we needed (cooking, linens, etc.) including peace and quiet! We did not have to deal with noise from the city, neighbours or anything which really made our vacation a nice retreat! I would highly recommend this condo for any getaway!

Amazing vacation

This place was amazing. This is our third year in a row visiting the Phoenix area around this time of year. This was by far the nicest place we have stayed at. This condo is located near lots of restaurants and shopping areas. It's located on the 17 th hole of a beautiful golf course that was so nice to look at. This condo is very spacious and comfortable. We have an eight year old son and he loved the pools. The owner was very accomadating. We will absolutely be back next year.
