This is our 3rd year in a row to this condo and again what an amazing vacation. Such a slice of heaven ! The owners are phenominal. The condo is 2 steps from beach. The condo is immaculate. Our kids love it and now consider the owners part of our family ! We will book again next year !!... You cant beat it ! beautiful views, the pools are so much fun and clean ! Lots to do at carolina beach.. We cant wait for next year ! Thank you Lina for an outstanding vacation using your rental ! Its our home away from home ! I cant say enough about this place.

THE CONDO WAS WONDERFUL WITH AN AMAZING VIEW. THE CONDO WAS SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN. YOU ARE JUST STEPS FROM THE BEACH. YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR A MORE PERFECT SPOT.THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT TO CAROLINA BEACH WITH GREAT MEMORIES AND WE WILL MAKE MANY MORE THERE AGAIN. WE HAD A GREAT VACATION!!!! THE NEWTON FAMILY

My family enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony were wonderful. The condo was clean and bright. I had a question about the wif-fi and emailed the owner and got an immediate response. I would recommed this place to anyone and I plan on staying there next year!

We loved our stay at the condo in October. It was a perfect week in a perfectly peaceful place. The condo at Sunskipper was very clean and comfortable - cozy and maintained beautifully. The owners are extremely helpful and available if needed. Thanks Lina! This cottage is so accessible, being on the first floor with wonderful views of the beach from the front rooms as well as the spacious front balcony. In the mornings we sipped coffee while watching the shrimp boats and surfers. In the evenings we watched the moonrise in the vast expanse of stars hanging over the ocean. Gorgeous, simply gorgeous. This cottage is conveniently located for any who want to pier fish, surf, beach comb, sunbathe, surf fish, or simply relax and read a book on the porch. You don't miss a thing because it is right on the beach. There is a wonderful restaurant just down the street on the harbor which we love - Harbor Masters. The shrimp are always fresh and delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing. Day Fishing Trips can be arranged at the Harbor near the restaurant if you like to fish offshore. We ride bicycles and Carolina Beach is the perfect place to pedal around town or cruise to Kure Beach or Fort Fisher which has an aquarium and a civil war museum. If you like more adventure, ride your bikes to Fort Fisher and take the ferry over to Historic South Port. It is an easy ride for moderate riders and a fun day. We loved our time and will definitely return again.

Thsi is our 2nd year at this condo and we love it ! we wont saty anywhere else in NC.. The condo is amazing,,,, its immaculate and beautiful... it feel like your home.... the one deck is facing the ocean and the other deck is off the master bed room and 2nd bed room,, my kids love this place ! The owners are the nicest ppl.... they are there for you if you need anything ! They are the sweetest ppl.... you are a few steps from the beach which we love... no more shlepping to the beach,, Our kids enjoyed the pools too ! Our kids want to stay here again,,,, this is truly a little slice of heaven for us,,, we wouldnt stay anywhere else.... amazing time !!!! thank you !!

The condo was above and beyond what we expected. Fabulous view and access to the beach. My wife, sons and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Carolina Beach is a great place for vacation and the use of this condo just made it that much nicer. Just a mile and a half from the middle of town. Lina and her husband were great to work with and were very accessible to us if we needed anything. I give the condo 5 stars but the HOA brings it down to 4 because of the condition of the halls and stairwells. Sand was everywhere but that was taken care of a couple of days into our stay. There was some work going on to replace a floor joist that caused a little disturbance but nothing major.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone and may use it again myself.

Beautifully decorated condo with unparalled views. The oversized deck was perfect for watching the sunrise, hanging out with a book, or just watching your kids play at the beach. Public beach access is at your doorstep, and although I didn't surf, there were lots of people who find this beach to be one of the best. I even saw dolphins more than once! Lots of great restaurants and shops at Carolina Beach. Great neighborhood for walking or running too. Lina and Whitney were so easy and accomodating to work with. I would highly recommend this condo.

We stayed in the condo from 7/17-7/24/2010...... first off Dealing with the owners was a dream,, what a nice person Lina is... She answered all questions and gets back to you in a timely manner. She worked with us and we had a pmt arragement.
we got there and the condo was just amazing,,,, everything was immaculate and beautiful... we had an amazing time . the condo iw right on the beach ... the condo bld has so many friendly ppl and is so clean.... you are 2 steps from the beach,, my kids loved had a blas.. the pool was clean and 2 secs away.... this was our first time to Carolina Beach.. and with renting a condo... we will be booking it again next year from Lina. Simply was the best vacation !!
