This simple beach condo was just what we needed for a fun girls getaway! The complex was quiet even though it has an open common area. It included a storage unit for beach chairs, and had an outdoor shower along with 2 water faucets and 2 grills. We only had one parking spot, but there was street parking close by. The unit itself was relatively clean and simple and is on the third floor of the building. It also has a small deck that overlooks a common area (not very nice if your neighbors are smoking on their deck). Although the deck wasn't much, the condo is only a short walk to the beach. It is also very close to restaurants, the main street (Landis) and the Promenade. The owner was helpful and prompt when we had a few questions about the unit. He also went out of his way to set-up a VRBO account for us to pay through, which shows he is trustworthy. My only complaint is that most of the beds were pretty uncomfortable- but that's easily fixed with a nap on the beach! I recommend this rental to both families and quiet groups.
