Perfect Vacation Home

The house is truly wonderful! The photos and explanation on the web site really don't do this home justice. A very open floor plan which worked extremely well for entertaining our large group. The bedrooms are very large with comfortable beds, quality linens and great tv's. The kitchen is large,open and well equipped. And the view of the Strip is wonderful. I have rented many homes for family vacations and getaways this home is top on my list for comfort and quality.

Fantastic Vacation Home

We stayed at this wonderful home from September 18th until September 21st. It is located just five minutes from the Strip and about eight minutes from the airport. The house was perfect for our party. Everyone had plenty of room. The best was the game room and the large pool. The spa was nice as well.
If you are thinking about visiting Las Vegas I highly recommend renting this house!

Our family truly enjoyed your wonderful home from December 15th until December 18th. All aspects of the home were very enjoyable, from the beautiful pool and grounds to the excellent interior design of the home. We found the location to be quite convenient to Las Vegas Strip attractions. I would highly recommend this property to other potential renters.

Our family stayed for a week in this house. Beautiful furniture, nice decorations, great paintings, open floor, very clean and with huge rooms. The bathrooms were pretty large as well. The best was the game room with a pool table, darts board, big screen and poker table - we all had a a great time! Thank you!

Really liked the house!! Spacious, clean, comfortable and with a great Strip view. I would recommend this house to all my friends.

We stayed at this villa on Sepember 6th weekend and had a great time!! The house was clean, the amenities were as described, the bedrooms and bathrooms were HUGE. The pool was big as well and the jacuzzi - very helpful after 2 miles of walking on the Strip. But, the best part was the location.
We'll be back next year.

Vacation Palace is no Palace

We stayed in this house for 3 nights, 4 days with the following maintenance problems:
•One side of the house did not have hot water.
•The other side of the house to no A/C on the other.
•The sliding glass door leading out the t pool was next to impossible for any of us women to open.
We were only able to use 8 out of the 11 bedrooms and 4 of the 9 bathrooms. This cut off most of the house because of the heat and go to the other side of the house for a hot shower.
The owner did send maintenance men over, but with no success.
In addition there was a horrible smell in the house. Two bath towels for each restroom. No ice maker in either kitchen. Nor is there an onsite gym.
We were not offered any sort of discount or refund for our inconvenience.
I would not recommend this property and or call it a vacation palace.

Yes, we did have some issues described in the review. It is a big house where sometimes things do brake. But, not everything that is said is true. Here is what happened:
1. We did fix the AC in the house ( they called me friday night and on saturday at 9:00am the AC tech was at the house). The AC was totally fixed.
2.The hot water was fixed the following day as well.
3. The sliding door is working just fine, it needs just a bit of strentgh to open - it is a big & heavy door.
4. I did send the maintenance guy that actually DID fix the AC and the hot water .
5. The clients did not let me know of the smell in the house or any other issues they had with the kitchen stuff and the bathroom towels. If i would be aware of those things, i would bring extra towels, as well as take care of the smell.
