Best honeymoon location!

At first I thought something like this was a scam. Having to send money to California was a little scary at first. But the property manager for the owner was great! Melody and I loved this unit and will look to come back! (we only stayed one week in June)
Swam with giant Sea turtles. They were there every day! Don't pay to see them at the Ocean Center or Snorkel trips listed for $100+ when you can get that from the Private Beach that is 50ft from the Condo.
BBQ'd with a beer a few nights in a row, watching the sun set. Was actually surprised to find many other Canadians staying at near by condo's too. Made it feel like home, minus the need to wear extra clothing.
Location/complex needed a Hot Tub. It would have been nice to have a place to relax after the sun goes down. Pool is great for kids though, although the Unit is a little small for 3+ people.
We did find some very small ants one morning on the kitchen counter being we did leave some food out one night. Took only 5 minutes to cure the problem, and they never came back. Make sure you don't leave the door open with food out, this is a ground unit remember.
We Did the road to Hana, Hiked Iao valley (hours beyond the tourist spot), Watched sunrise at Haleakala Crater summit, Hung out with many stray cats and chickens in various parks, Hiked Twin Falls (there is actually 4 waterfalls if you are willing to explore), Checked out Every Beach, did some 4x4ing on the northwest side, and drove around the entire Island in a Rental Jeep. South east, and North West drives were a little tight at times, but Locals are understanding as long as you smile!
This place also can be good for anyone in a wheelchair if they take the side gate entrance and approach from the pool area. Very Friendly once the route is figured out.
Unit also has blenders, bottle openers, dishes etc. We even left some Mustard and Ketchup for the next people, hope they use it if the cleaners don't throw it out. Washer Dryer, newer TV, boogie board is broken from previous people I guess. Unit is pretty much turn key, minus food.
Needless to say, Great for us, or a Retired Couple. It was the best place to go if you are looking for a base camp, or even place to relax. Why spend $600/night at a resort with crowded beaches, Fake waterfalls, and food that doesn't taste any better then what you can cook yourself in half the time?!
Make sure you don't try to rush anything. Its Maui Time. Relax
