The main house is all brick 'Historical' is 2 stories with front porch, living room, sitting room, sun room, dining room, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with washer and dryer. Main home has central air with 2 systems.

The guest house has living room, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a full bath.

Decorated in a nautical decor with full kitchen, dishwasher and central air.

This home is perfect for a large family that want to vacation together but have there privacy. LINENS INCLUDED.

This is the third time my family and I have rented this property and in addition to the property being fantastic (which you can see from my previous and others reviews) I'd like to give a short story about the owners. The first time we rented this property I ended up going into extremely premature labor about an hour after we arrived at the beach house. The owners stayed in contact with my family to make sure everything okay with myself and the baby (which it was after a long stay at Coopers NICU). The next year when we decided to rent again there was a card, balloons and a cake waiting in the beach house from the owners for my daughter. My family and I will never forget that thoughtful and generous gift!!

Words can't express how WONDERFUL my family's stay was. For a large family I definately recommend this home, it will provide you and yours with all the space that is needed. You will be plesantly suprised that what you see is what you actually get and more! The house is very well kept and maintained, containing everything that you may need. I would like to thank Deb for her excellent customer service and hospitality, your home made my family's weekend a memorable one. Hope to see you next year :)

This house was truly a pleasure to stay at. The owners made it a very easy decision to choose their well-maintained home. Its location is a perfect walking distance from the beach and the boardwalk. If i ever go back to Wildwood, i would definitely choose this house again! For all of you future renters...Enjoy!

Wonderful house

What a great house! Our extended family consisted of nineteen, and we were very comfortable between the house and the cottage. We had plenty of room to spread out. The location was within walking distance to the places to eat, the beach and the boardwalk. Would definitely recommend this property for a large group.

Deb was great to work with. She was helpful and responsive with the planning of our vacation and during our stay.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I rented this property August 2008, and had a wonderful time, the property is exactly as described extremely well maintained, and the owners could not have been nicer. We will rent this property again and highly reccommend it to others! Enjoy!!
