Lariat Ridge Is an AWESOME PLACE TO STAY!!!

I was a bit nervous booking, with just viewing the cabin on line. Talking to the Magees made me feel better, showing up made me feel great! Cabin was more than expected. Clean, cute, cozy,adorable..shall I go on? Great weekend...stay in and relax or enjoy the park and town. As much or little as you want. Thanks for a great weekend. Went with my East Coast Sister for a nice girl's weekend, will bring my husband and kids back.

Lariat Ridge is a charming, cozy retreat with a stunning mountain view and elk munching in the yard. The Magees provide everything you need, and the delightful cowboy decor sets the mood, so all there is to do is chill out, put your boots up, and enjoy! We feel so fortunate to have experienced both of the Magee properties - it's hard to say which we like most.

We loved the cabin! It was perfect for our weekend of celebration and fun during the Highlands Festival in Estes Park. We plan to stay there again in 2009 for the same event.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Lariat Ridge. I am a hard one to please when it comes to cleanliness and Lariat Ridge was perfect! Everything was spotless and cozy. We had two days of rain and the comfy couches were perfect for us to curl up on for movie watching. Great Location, Great Stay. Highly Recommended.

We had never rented a VRBO property so I was anxious. The Magees' home was perfect for our family. Well cared for and close to all the fun of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a terrific solution for a family of four as it gave us room to spread out and satisfied the different needs of teenagers and parents. Everything you could need was provided in this cute, well-maintained home. We'd love to visit it again! The Seybolds

Mike and Barb - we had a great time in Estes Park, and staying in your home was a big part of that! Great accomodations, very well maintained and cared for. Our girls especially liked hanging out in the sling chair, watching the birds and chipmunks. Some very good memories - thanks!

We had a great time in Estes Park with Lariat Ridge as our home base! The location was close to town and only about 10 minutes from the south entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. All of the amenities were very well done - fluffy towels, shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower, TV with a VCR and DVD player (which our kids loved). We saw elk and deer at the pond nearby, and loads of hummingbirds at the feeder on the deck. I would definitely recommend this location.

We loved Lariat Ridge! It was clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved watching the hummingbirds and on our last day there, 4 large elk, antlers and all, visited our yard. We could have reached out the window and touched them. My six year old proclaimed it "The best day ever!" You can't beat that.
