Clean well furnished 3 bedroom 2 floor condo unit. This residence is located about 400 feet from Interstate 93. The traffic noise woke us up at night and was noticeable when outside on the unfinished deck. The picture of the deck is misleading, as there are no rails and it appeared to be in the process of remodeling. When checking in, the Deer Park Rec Center desk told us they could not give us the keys until they contacted Cathy, but she was not reachable on either of the numbers left on file. They finally relented after I produced a copy of the email Cathy sent with the check-in instructions.

We've been going to Deer Park for 14 years now and this was our second time renting a week at this beautiful townhome. We couldn't wait to return after our first visit and are already thinking about our next. The home is modern, spacious, beautifully decorated, and super clean. We were an extended family of 8 with more family staying in another townhome two doors down. We had ample room (inside & out) for a family BBQ on the 4th of July. There is a gas grill on a brand new deck which we enjoyed very much. There are plenty of beds (sleeps 9) and each bedroom (3) has its own bathroom which is a plus. Our children are no longer small but they still enjoy coming to Deer Park for some "chill" time, fresh mountain air, and all the area has to offer...hiking, swimming, gondola rides, good restaurants, etc. It was a little busier being 4th of July week (the lake area got crowded early) but not too crazy. This home is within walking distance to the lake and Rec. Center but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of the area. The owner is gracious and always responded in a timely manner. She went out of her way to accomodate us when we had a change in arrival plans. Conversations whether by email or over the phone were always a pleasure. We love this property and had the best vacation ever!

The place was perfect from the time we arrived. Very clean, beautiful kitchen to cook in which we love. It was a very rainy week but we still enjoyed visiting the area. We Hiked the Flume Gorge only 15 mins away.
Looon Mountain spa is close as we visited the area in the off season. Great for a massage on a rainy day. The rec centre has a beautiful indoor pool and hotub. also had racketball courts, ping pong and pool tables. we played outdoor tennis at the one by our condo. There are many around the property. The grounds are very nice and we felt safe to walk the area.
Catherine was great to suggest restaurants, golf courses and shopping. She kept in touch with us and helped direct us to the condo from boston suggesting great outlet shopping in Tilton only 40 mins from the condo which we did. We willl return for sure.

Cathy was wonderful in answering all of our questions before our visit. The home was gorgeous inside with everything we needed and a beautiful kitchen. There was a group of us and the comfortable couch in front of the roaring fire was just what we wanted after a long day of skiing!! Bathrooms attached to every bedroom was nice to give us some privacy. Beds were comfortable, washing machine/dryer came in handy, and being just a few miles from Loon was awesome!! It really did exceed our expectations.

My family and I have stayed in many townhouses in multiple locations and we continue (and will continue!) to return to this unit at Deer Park. If you are looking for a getaway to the White Mountains this unit is situated in the perfect location to everything. We walked into town (both North Woodstock & Lincoln!) everyday! Yet also minutes to almost every major route including the Kancamagus Highway. Also it has its own wonderful facility great for walking, swimming(super clean pond!), indoor swimming, trail walks along the Pemi River, etc. Which we also utilized daily with our son and dog!. The townhouse is extremely comfortable, clean and updated with a nice fireplace. Most importantly the owner is excellent to work with and very responsive. She sent us a great deal of info, answered all questions and was an absolute joy to rent from. We look forward to coming back again very soon…

Myself, husband and two girls with my brother and his wife and two girls went for the long week-end, our stay was perfect. The place was immaculate, we had our own bedroom and bathroom and the kids loved the bunk beds. We had a roaring fire everynight and played board games, the kids swam in the pool at the club house which was also very nice. All the amenties you need where there for us.Loon Mountain and Clarks trading post was a short distance away. Lots to do in the area, we will be back.

My family and I stayed at the condo last fall, and although i for got to do a review immediately, I have to say that it was a beautiful spot, clean and well cared for. Catherine is very pleasant to do business with, and I would definitely go again!

We just returned from our vacation after spending a week at this beautiful condo. We have been to Deer Park many times and have stayed at many condos here. This condo is exceptional! What a beautiful place this is!! The decor is beautiful, with all the special touches that make it feel like home. The kitchen is beautifully updated, completely stocked and we really enjoyed cooking out on the gas grill. The bedrooms are beautiful, spacious and immaculate. All of the beds are very comfortable and clean. Pillows were wonderful and new. My two teenagers loved the spare room with bunk beds, a giant vaulted ceiling with huge floor to ceiling window, and a TV. My oldest daughter loved her bedroom downstairs, too. Each had their own room and bathroom! What a great place. We would definitely stay here again; the place is absolutely gorgeous. Catherine, the owner, was so nice to rent from. All the activities are nearby right in town, yet at Deer Park you feel away from it all. Deer Park is absolutely the best place to stay; this condo is one of the finest there is!
