Three Bedroom (2 bedrooms plus a sleep-in loft) has one king bed, one queen and an upper loft with a bunk style bed that has a full sized lower bunk and a sofa bed. Comfortably sleeps 8 or 9 people. The large spacious vaulted ceiling in the living room and dining room has sliding glass doors to the wraparound screen in porch as we as outside deck for crab feasts. The two story townhome style unit has separate baths for both bedrooms down and the upper loft area which has the bunk beds also has a play area for kids to play video games. All fun and games for the kids in their own space. A true vacation for adults and kiddoes.

The unit borders the Assawomen canal where you can crab and pretend to be Tom Sawyer. The indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, basketball courts, weight room, aerobic schedule, sauna, hot tub are all easily accessable a few feet from our unit. Oops I almost forgot, the tram to the beach ( a 10 minute ride on a “Disneylike Tram”) is a few steps outside your door.
