'The villa was very spacious and comfortable and we had a lovely holiday. The view is without question the most fantastic I have ever seen - so much so that I went to bed earlier every night so that I could get up (sometimes before 6) to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watch the sun come round (before the family awoke)'. JT, Staffs., UK

Casa Colina - Moraira

The Villa lived up to all our expectations, the descriptions was accurated and the detailed information received from the owner was excellent. We would certainly recommend the villa to our friends and family, the best bit beening the spectacular views. The area was great with lots of lovely little coves for swimming and snorkling, also a very good windsurfing school. Moraira is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and enough shopping for 3 teenage girls! You do need a car and the only thing we didnt like was the automatic gate!
Owner's Response: Future renters will be glad to hear that the electronic gate control mechanism will have been renewed well before the next holiday season!

We stay all the familiy, with the children and the grandparents and everybody enjoyed it. We already know the Blanca Coast, so we were looking for a peaceful place to stay and we found it: Casa Colina. A house with all the details for a nice stay with a wonderful views to the beach and an incredible situation on the mountain. The pool was fantastic. We receive an splendid attention of the owners everytime and we were very satisfied with the rental. All was clean and ready for our stay. You can enjoy the villa very much.

This review is long overdue

We rented this villa for almost a month in september of 2007. We travelled as a family of four which at the time included a 2 and 3 year old. This was the best vacation choice we have ever made. Everything we needed was at hand. Colin was wonderful at providing information pre-trip and helping us out with questions since we were travelling from Canada. We felt entirely safe and were not at all worried about our small children. The only recommendation I would make especially for North Americans, is spend the extra money and rent an automatic. Roads can be very steep and if you don't drive a 5 speed well, this may be a challenge. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and the town of moraira. P.S. You could not pay for a better view.

we found everything we needed for an excellent holiday in this villa, which was well maintained and well equiped. The views from the terrace were just stunning. Nice pool area as well.
We had good contact with the owners before going, and during our stay the company looking after the property came by to see if everything was ok.
You definitely need a car when living in this property as there are no shops or restaurants nearby, but the city is only a 10mins drive down the mountain. Moraira has a lot of nice restaurants and shops, and some very nice and child-friendly beaches (El Portet is really nice).
We recommend this property to those who want fantastic views and a calm holiday - or who don't mind driving to the restaurantsand beaches.

Summer Holiday 2008

Casa Colina July2008 Aberdeen, Scotland
Review Submitted: August 7, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
I cannot speak highly enough about villa Casa Colina it provided us with the base for a fantastic holiday.
We had a wonderful fortnight, the villa is perfectly located, close enough to all the activities in Moraira but far enough away to give you peace and quiet. The pool was perfect in terms of the amount of people using it and the cleanliness.
We had difficulties finding the villa, but it was my fault as I forgot to take the directions.
