Great Vacation Get Away

brenda51 Massachusetts
Review Submitted: August 15, 2007 Date of Stay: July 2007
I first stayed at Jim and Tina's home the first week in July. My husband and I loved the place so much we are returning in September for a week. The house is everything that is described in Jim's ad and more. The house is immaculate. Jim and Tina out did themselves. You have the board games, a large movie library and a foos ball table. We were never bored.
We enjoyed cooking on the grill and just sitting and relaxing on the deck.
The beds are all new and very comfortable. There is air conditioning and tv in every room.
It's nice because the house is a little secluded, but is only minutes away from the outlets, attractions and many different places to eat. Our favorite place to eat was Delanys.
We highly recommend this home. I'll never stay at a hotel again.
Brenda

Great for Adventure and Relaxing

Review Submitted: October 4, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
I've stayed at Jim and Tina's house several times over the last couple of years,it's only a 3 1/2 hour drive from my home in CT. My family has booked a week in July the last 3 years at this house and also time during the fall/winter. The house is great, super clean, enough room for 10 people, pleanty of amenities for kids and adults. The kids loved the downstairs gameroom and the supply of board games the owner's keep well stocked. Extra kudos to the fact that every bedroom has AC for the summer months and Cable TV. The dec on the front of the house is huge and a nice additon that was put on this past year. Myself and my family enjoyed eating meals outside and relaxing in the mountain air. Love the location of the house also...it's on a private dirt road just far enough away from all of the commotion of other tourists, yet just a 10 min drive to Conway Villlage and all of the shopping outlets. Also, if you are into hiking and kayaking like I am, the house is a short drive in any direction to the Saco River (caught a nice 5 lb trout this July) Kancamangus Highway which has many trail heads for hiking....the swift river for swiming and Lower Falls which the family enjoys spending a day at. My wife and I also took the 30 min drive to the Mt Washington Hotel to do the Zip Line Canopy Tour this July. It was awesome, well worth the $$ spent. Thanks again Jim and Tina for maintaining such a beautiful home and we look forward to our next stay.

My family - 5 adults,2 children, 1 dog stayed here end of July 2009. We really enjoyed the house. It was clean and well-stocked. The children enjoyed the game room and basketball hoop in the driveway. We used the firepit one nite to make Smores. Look forward to returning next summer.

Family Vacation

L. Hansen Oxford, Ma.
Review Submitted: August 3, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2003
My family and I stayed at this house from July 11 - 18th. The house was very clean and housed 10 of us no problem. Having 2 bathroom's was a plus! The house was in the mountains but close enough to all the attractions! It was a home away from home with all the nessecities. You couldn't ask for more! An air conditioner in eah room, finished basement, and the kids loved the idea of having a ps2 already furnished with guitart hero. I highly recommend this locatation if you are looking for a great place to stay. We will be back again next year!

So cozy

Tarock North Providence,RI USA
Review Submitted: April 27, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
We had stayed at Jim & Tina's home away from home on several occasions. The house has an awesome kitchen, great for a big breakfast. They are always updating. the new fire pit is a great place to sit and relax with friends and family, my favorite. It has a big deck with a grill. My wife and I love the place so much. Off the beaten path, with a mountain view, we we enjoy with our morning coffee on the deck. It is so easy to get into town, only a few miles on a winding ,scenic country road. We will definitely stay again and again.

perfect ski weekend

staft Deerfield, MA
Review Submitted: March 8, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
Every year we rent a house in the North Conway area in early February for a ski getaway. Three sets of adults, a few teenagers, and this year a dog! We had a terrific time in this well-kept and comfortable house. Comfortable and high-quality bedding, well-appointed kitchen, some nice games for the kids, and a terrific DVD collection! Great weather and snow, good location just a few miles from downtown, and a whole new set of happy memories. Highly recommended, excellent communications with Jim and Tina, smooth transactions. Easy to enjoy!

We enjoyed spending a winter week in Jim and Tina's lovely home. The house had many extras that made our stay feel like 'we were home'. We would definitely recommend this home to others and we hope to rent again the following year.
Jim and Tina were very attentive to our needs and had great communication with us.

perfect

Dough boy Long Island, New York
Review Submitted: January 26, 2009 Date of Stay: January 2009
The house was perfect for us. The house was clean, well maintained, nicely stocked and extremely comfortable. The separate living areas made it perfect for the kids to hang out in their own space. Nice selection of movies and video games were a nice plus, though we hardly needed them. We made breakfast and dinner almost every day. The kitchen was easy to cook in with plenty of pots and pans to make the job easy. The dining area was spacious and comfortable. Served as a great card table after dinner. The living room sofas were extremely comfortable to make for great movie watching. We were very close to town and several great skiing areas. We skied Loon, Sunday River, Cannon and Wildcat, all within an hours drive.
Try the Muddy Moose and Delaneys' for going out to eat.
Great restaurants!!

Beyond our expectations! Just a wonderful house!

Rima P. Boston, MA
Review Submitted: January 7, 2009 Date of Stay: December 2008
My boyfriend and I and some friends stayed at Tina and Jim's house for the week of NYE 2008 and I can honestly say that the house exceeded our expectations. They had thought of everything that we would need to have an awesome stay. The kitchen had every gadget and item that we could possibly ever need, the living room was so comfortable with a fireplace and an endless selection of DVD's. The surround sound was spectacular. Downstairs the guys enjoyed playing ping pong and video games. The sizes of the bedrooms were exceptional. especially the master bedroom.

I think what made this house different then others is that you can tell that someone really cares about the house and there are personal touches everywhere. Tina and Jim have maintained this house as if they were living there and that personal touch makes a very big difference!

We will certainly be back!

Thank you Tina and Jim for such a wonderful experience!

Rima
