Our luxury interior designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa occupies a premier position in a very peaceful area located on the Lindfields estate at Kissimmee, Florida.This executive villa is set within its own grounds with a private fully screened south facing swimming pool (heating of pool is optional) incorporating a extensive pool deck and a lanai overlooking a private lake and conservation woodland all complimented by fully landscaped gardens. Our villa is decorated with natural tones and unique decorative touches throughout to combine luxury with comfort. Vaulted ceilings and large windows enhance the spaciousness of our home. Free high speed secure unlimited wireless internet. There are many four bedroom homes within the estate that have less interior floor space and it is one of only a few properties that has a large pool deck incorporating a large lanai. Combine all these features with its superior location and you have the ideal vacation home within 5 miles of Disney World.

Interior: The open plan interior, incorporating vaulted ceilings to create space, elegance and luxury, has been interior designed using natural tones and unique decorative features to our own high specifications. Fully air conditioned throughout for that perfect temperature whatever the weather. FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT ROOM-This is the main living room of the house, featuring 2 & 3 seat sofas plus Sony flat screen TV, satellite & VCR this room leads via triple patio doors to our extensive pool deck area to the rear. DINING ROOM-Open plan & spacious, overlooking the front of the house & entrance porch with an elegant table & 6 chairs. SITTING ROOM-Features both 2 & 3 seat sofas, with Sony flat screen TV & satellite. Bi-fold doors allow this room to be isolated from the main family room. BREAKFAST AREA- features a table & 4 chairs overlooking pool area & lake. KITCHEN- fully equipped kitchen with all modeen appliances. LAUNDRY ROOM equipped with washing machine dryer Iron and ironing board.

Pool Area & Exterior: This is the key activity area. Careful consideration was made to create the right amount of space in which to relax, whilst not detracting from the lovely scenery of the lake and woodland at the rear. It was thus decided to fence either side of the rear area, whilst leaving the back of the garden area open to enable full enjoyment of the surrounding scenery, but in a private environment away from neighbouring properties.

The South facing pool deck area is fully screened to keep any unwanted insects out, & features the swimming pool (heating optional), a large sun deck, along with its own lanai (overhead shelter) incorporating 2 electrically operated fans. This lanai gives you the option of shelter from the elements, such as excessive heat, whilst still enabling you to be able to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The lanai can comfortably accommodate 4 large sun loungers, along with a table and 4 chairs giving all guests plenty of room in which to relax.The area beyond this, within the pool deck area, can easily accommodate the same, giving the option of either full or partial sun, and/or full or partial shade with which to enjoy the fantastic view of the lake, and its associated wildlife.

In addition at the front of the villa we have a tiled seating area where you can sit and relax at your leisure.

After two weeks of Death Valley/Vegas/Everglades we had booked this villa for some chill time, eight nights, with plenty to do on the doorstep if needed. It's lovely, a great location that feels like you're alone with nature when out by the super pool with it's screened and partially shaded large patio area. All manner of critters are visible from the pool including otters, an alligator and numerous water birds, a real natural environment. The villa is great, very spacious and has two large TV's in seperate rooms in case you don't all want to watch the same thing, not that we used them anyway! I have no hesitation in recommending this villa. Most Florida holiday villa's tend to be excellent but this is the best we've used on our many Orlando/Lindfields holidays, the location makes it, book now! We would most certainly choose this villa first for a future holiday. My only advice to anybody would be avoid March if you can, particularly if parks are your thing, as it's Spring Break time which, though not really affecting us with our plans, makes everywhere very very busy. One other thing, never ride a coaster with your car keys in your shorts pocket!!

Great villa, great location !

We had a fantastic 3-week stay in this villa, the owner was very helpfull with information before and during our stay. Villa and lanai are spacious, clean, well maintained and on a fantastic location. It's rural with lake overview but allso nearby supermarkets, restaurants and the Disney area. We surely would recommend this villa to friends and relatives, and hope to stay in this villa again whenever we would return to Florida.

We have stayed in this lovely house many times and we will continue to do so.
It is close to the Disney Parks and some really good restaurants, Outback,TGI,s,and a new Buffalo Wings Grill. There are many varied takeout restaurants close by, that provide just the type of food that can be enjoyed by the side of the most wonderful pool. This south facing pool is not overlooked and the view of the Lake and its inhabitants is so calming. The open plan design and high ceilings enhance the fixtures and fittings.It is very well maintained and the management team that look after the property are available at all times. We had a few power cuts and they were at the property within minutes to rectify the problem. The house was very clean,plenty of towels and everything in good working order.As our children are now married its a race to see who can book this accommodation first.We love this part of the world but our time here is enhanced because we stay in this lovely inviting property. The owner of the property is always extreamly helpful and will do all in her power to assist with requests. We will go back without doubt to this villa.
The theme Parks were as magical as ever. Lots of changes being made. The Harry Potter ride was superb.

An amazing villa within an amazing lakeside view!

Everyone is apprehensive when renting a villa via the NET but this villa lived up to and surpassed all our expectations. It was a spotlessly clean home with a beautiful layout within the villa and the lanai and pool deck were exceptionally large and private. The pool was marvellous and was fantastic after a day at the theme parks or at the end of a session of retail therapy.
The villa was situated in a quiet area but close enough to all the amenities that you would expect in Kissimmee and the surrounding area. I would gladly recommend this villa to friends and family and hope to return next year for a longer stay.
There are so many attractions and restaurants to recommend that it would take forever but I was especially pleased with a beautiful meal of steak etc which I had in "Logan's Roadhouse" in Kissimmee. The shopping is amazing at The Florida Mall, The Prime Outlets and for good value "Target" and Walmart" cannot be beaten. It is my seventh visit to Orlando and I am looking forward to returning next summer.

This is one of the nicest, if not the nicest, places I have stayed. Very spacious, well laid out, well equipped, very quiet and very well situated.
Very large pool area with plenty of room to relax, eat or just chill out. Also a large covered area to stay out of the sun if needed.
Would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful Villa

The villa was well maintained with a lovely private pool which had the sun for most of the day.
It was in a quiet loaction yet within easy driving distance to all the major sights.
A 5 minute drive away there was a shopping area with a large supermarket, some smaller shops, a doctors and numerous places to eat including Outback steakhouse.
I'd book this villa again next time I go to Florida and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone else thinking of visiting the Orlando area.
