Great Place, Great Neighborhood

Isabel and Juan were so helpful with suggestions on things to do in Puerto Rico. We went to El Yunque and flew to Culebra's Flamenco Beach on their suggestion. The beaufiful condo is less than 50 feet from the beach! It was very easy to walk to a convenience store/ small grocery store to stock up on food items. The accomodations were extremely comfortable and we throuroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be calling them again when we return!!!

I rented this townhouse beacuse I was getting married in PR and It was great. Just few steps from the beach as described . location was great . So quiet that you can hear the waves hiting the fine sand of the PR beaches. Isabel welcomes you like she knows you forever. She is very sweet and if you need something she lives close by. The townhouse is fully furnished so you dont have to buy anything other than the food you want to prepare. The place was really clean, and well maintain. Its close to the Fort "El Morro", Old San Juan, a great backery, and restaurants and about 35-45 mins from El Yunque rain forest. I spent most of my time at the beach (day and night) with my hubby. Great expirience. I will rent this place again on a future and I will recommend it to anybody that like a quiet place to rest with a lot of fun day and night,

We love PR. Definitely a wise selection on the condo. The owners were very excellent host. It was like visiting family. Helpful in any way. Beach very close by. Bakery walking distance. Bebo's (restaurant) not too far to walk. We would defintely stay another time. Very enjoyable time. Worked great for six adults.

WOW! What a wonderful experience it was staying in this lovely apartment... So much better than the description or photos convey!

I'll start with our hosts, Juan & Isabel: They were so professional yet friendly and acommodating. Great communication every step of the way put our minds at ease - before and even during our stay. They also gave us excellent recommendations and insider tips for shopping, dining and touring that helped to maximize our week in San Juan and really stretch our dollars.

The location was amazing! The apartment was located literally steps away from one of the best beaches in San Juan, and minutes to a wide variety of restaurants & shops. The apartment was above and beyond our expectations, and the space was such a perfect fit for us, as we were traveling with our five year old daughter. So many extra amenities too! There is a fully equipped kitchen, a washer & dryer, plenty of towels to borrow and beach chairs and sand toys too. Juan & Isabel provide all the comforts of home and more. The apartment is so beautifully decorated, and the beds are quite cozy too. Loved the air conditioning on those warmer evenings, too!

Note that this apartment has a two story layout, with a curved stairway leading to the bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. For guests who are not steady on their feet (Elders as well as toddlers and small children) going up/down stairs might pose a challenge.

I honestly could write pages about how much our family loved this apartment.. it was so comfortable and convenient, safe, clean and well appointed, with wonderful owners too. We truly had a fantastic stay. What a splendid experience!

Just spent 6 days in Condado for my daughter's wedding. The public beach is literally steps away. We were able to walk to the casino/resort area of Condado and just minutes from the airport and old town by car.

The condo had everything you need from sunscreen and bugspray to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility.

Juan and Isabel were great hosts. Our only concern was that it is not two private bedrooms. It is one bedroom and one loft space used as a bedroom. The stairs are steep and my parents had to be very careful managing them. We had plenty of living space for the 5 adults that were there and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay outside of a resort.

The place is very well-appointed..very comfortable and clean-it has everything you need from beach chairs to coolers. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and the beach is just a few steps away. Hosts are very friendly and willing to help--lots of good materials in the condo to figure out where to eat and what to see.

The only drawback is that the second "bedroom" is really an open sleeping area--great for the kids--but not so great for another couple or adult as it has no privacy. So we highly recommend the place for a couple or a family with a couple of younger kids--and for college-age spring breakers!!

Hey guys. this place is really nice and its so close to the beach that makes it perfect. The apt is comfortable and affortable. The owners are really great people and I'm really happy i got to meet them and stay at the apt.

We are a Family, two adults and two teenagers from Sweden that has spend the Christmas in this charmy apartment very close to the beach. I strongly recommend this apartment, very close to the beach, nice and friendly owners living nearby (thank you Juan and Isabel)
The only problem we had was with the wireless internet but it turned out that the cable was squeezed by the door to the rear patio.
Close to everything, easy by bus or walking.
This is Christmas in paradise - We will be back...
