very dissapointed
I have to tell you I was extremely disappointed with the Condo.
1. There was a crack in the glass kitchen sink which my husband cut himself on.
2. The light bulb at the entrance into the condo was not working nor were either of the lights on the balcony.
3. The dresser drawers had such a bad smell of mold and mildew that we were unable to put any of our clothes in the drawers.
4. The microwave was filthy therefore we were unable to use it.
The pictures on the website are very misleading. I was on vacation to attend a wedding. The other family members had beautiful condos. I was embarrassed to even bring anyone into my condo. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
Owner's Response: We apologize for this experience; we had a contract with a property manager who apparently was not taking good care of the unit.
We have owned this apartment for more than 8 years now and this is the first time we received this kind of review. We are very concerned of this situation and we immediately took action regarding the review.
After your review was published we personally committed to take care of the unit maintenance ourselves and we made the following fixes.
1. We fixed the ceramic in the kitchen to avoid accidents.
2. All the lighting was fixed and new bulbs lamps were installed throughout the apartment.
3. We didn’t recognize any smell of mold and mildew, but we will follow up on that.
4. Microwave was replaced.

New LCD TV
New air conditioning unit
The apartment was completely repainted
