I rented this villa for 12 people and it was great. The staff are wonderful and looked after us so well. They even reconfigured the beds our first night which we much appreciated. The balconies off each room were great, a quiet spot to relax before starting your day. Millicent is a great cook and will make whatever you want. We only went out for dinner once as we enjoyed eating at the villa more. We ate outside by the pool every night, wonderful!! Thanks to Sonita the villa was spotless and she changed our towels daily and sheets every other day. As far as the area goes, it felt very secure and a security car drove around a lot. The stairs down to the beach are fairly steep and hard for people with knee or hip issues but you can get a ride to the beach. Be sure to check out the Sugar Pot at the far end, a neat place for a Red Stripe and some great food. Definitely rent a van and driver, it really is a must as Jamaican drivers are pretty scary plus they drive on the wrong side. All in all a great time was had by all.
Be sure to go to Dunns River Falls but not on a cruise ship day. You have to wear aqua shoes but if you are like me bring your own. Also, don't use a guide to climb the Falls as you have to hold hands which means if one person slips you all fall. Also, go to Oceans on the Ridge for a drink and you have a great view of Ocho Rios. The market on Friday's is a must, great fresh fruit and veg and fun clothing stalls. You can change money at a cambio, bring id, as you get a better rate and they also have ATM's everywhere. Security is everywhere in Ocho Rios so we felt quite safe also our driver kept an eye out for us.

Awesome stay, nothing short of majestic. Villa was gorgeously built, staff was professional and friendly. The villa was literally on the beach, with breathtaking views. Amazing sunsets can be seen from your private balcony. It is 15 minutes form the Ocho Rios town center, which offers a variety of nightlife activities. The tourist landmarks of Dunns River Falls, Dolphin's Cove and Magic Mountain is also minutes away. It is the perfect vacationing spot. I would strongly recommend this villa for anyone who wishes to visit the Ocho Rios area.

Our vacation was so wonderful the villa was very nice and met are expectations and more I can't think of anything to complain about. The staff by far was the best part Millicent especially she is a special person to me and I was sad to leave she is a good woman and works so very hard. She deserves a vacation her self she never sits down we love her they are like family to us and I can't wait to come back we felt very safe and comforted there as well as luxurious housing thanks for everything and hope to be back soon give Millicent and Lindo our best they are such great people.

The villa finished to very high standards. The villa, grounds and beach are very clean and well-maintained by the excellent staff. We visited Dunn’s River Falls on a quiet day - our driver Dwight is excellent! and recommended a day that a cruise ship isn't in port. We also bought a day pass to the Beaches resort to use their water park and all-inclusive facilities. The kids enjoyed the water park but it’s expensive for what you get.

The food is fresh and well-prepared by the cook. We had the opportunity to shop with the Millicent at local markets and grocery stores.
Lindo and Ricardo was also great, Lindo arrange our tours and Ricardo is always there if you need a cold drink.

The master bedroom is outstanding - deck overlooking the Rio Nuevo Bay, and a massive ensuite master bathroom.

We enjoyed the community beach, - all just a 3 minute walk from the villa, access via stairs. Lindo and Ricardo helped by taking our chairs down to the beach.

The layout is perfect if you are travelling with children (we had children ages 2,8 and 12 with us). We were able to sit on the rear patio/verandah or on the deck and watch the children whether they were playing in the pool or on the lawn. We ate most meals poolside on the beautiful dining table. The view from the master bedroom, bathroom and the rear patios is breathtaking!

I would highly recommend this villa - it was a very memorable holiday.

We really enjoyed our visit, house was beautiful and we most especially enjoyed The staff.
Millicent was a great host and made pork roast and jerk chicken which we really enjoyed.
Lindo was great also he arranged for me to go fishing. My wife's mom and dad fell in love with Jamaica as this was their first trip.

The weather is warm and tropical. The Villa has everything you need and then some. We felt spoiled the whole time we were there. We were able to experience the Real Jamaica. The people, the places and the culture. Thank You so much to all who helped to create an amazing experience. We miss our new friends. Bless You, Trish and Coop
